Excellent experience with Wellesley VW. We were looking for a new ID.4. My husband interacted with their website and found a AWD xxxxxxPlus (I believed these were only available in Europe). We scheduled a test drive online and were immediately responded to, they worked around our schedule. Jens was amazing to work with, he was very knowledgable of the current EV climate in the US and worked with us for downpayment, trade in (of the 2023 AWD Pro S) and financing. Wellesley VW beat what we thought was our best interest rate from our lender. The overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable (two words I do not often associate with car buying). We are very happy with our choice of car and dealer, we will begin the market for a new gas powered vehicle in 2027 and will be back at Wellesley VW again for sure!

This is the fourth car I have leased from Colonial VW and their customer care and service continues to be exceptional, from the in-person and online sales staff to the service department. I just picked up my new 2026 Tiguan and couldn't be happier with it. While everyone at Colonial VW have always been most helpful, I want to acknowledge two staff members who were really great this time around. Kristine Marino was wonderful in ensuring the lease inspection was taken care of (as I was not able to be there). I was concerned that there would be a problem with my absence, but Kristine did everything and kept me up to date on the process. Without her help, I would have had to wait a week before getting my new car. When I got my new Tiguan, I wouldn't have gotten out of the dealership driveway without the help of Steven Tkacyk. There were so many differences between this Tiguan and the older model, I could never have figured it out without Steve. He spent over an hour showing me every screen and button (so many changes from my last Tiguan!). Here's what made Steve so special - he was exceptionally patient no matter how many times I asked him to repeat something. I have never experienced such kindness and patience in the after sale part of getting a new car. Thank you to Steve and Kristine for your exceptional kindness and help in getting me into my new Tiguan (and literally getting me out of your driveway!).

I walked into Atamian VW with a True Car price quite that Cee, our salesperson, immediately said that he would honor. We test drove a Passat TDI and decided that yes, we liked the car, so we closed the deal. The sales manager tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I simply stated that I could handle the cost of any future repairs. Easy enough. I've since had the car service a few times at Atamian. No problems.

I have been going to Kelly VW since they purchased North Shore VW (where I went for years)and many of the same people work at the Kelly dealership. They are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and personable. They provide GREAT service for anything from a small tiny adjustment to a major repair. It is not a "typical" car dealership mentality when buying or leasing. There is no pressure to buy or push their agenda....the customer comes first. I would highly recommend them!
