My Review Of Ed Schmid Ford, Inc.:
After much searching for a used car for several weeks, I finally found a good deal on a Chrysler Sebring on the internet. It was priced about $3,000 lower than I had seen for the exact same car (same mileage and year too) about 5 miles away at another dealer. WHen I went to look at the car. I was approached immediately by Jeff Nerdrum. He answered all of my questions, was honest about the pricing, and let me take the car by myself for a test drive (I appreciated this - at a few of the other dealerships the salesmen insisted on going with me and did a sales pitch during the whole ride). Initially I wanted to think about it and left, but then returned later to make an offer. Jeff was busy, but Ken happily helped me out while I was waiting. He answered all of my questions, was friendly and not pushy. When I went to negotiate he even showed me the screen so I could see the price they paid for the car as an explanation of why they couldnt go much lower in price.
The car had an active recall on it that needed to be taken care of that was on the car fax (which was free for me to review). They took care of the recall for me very quickly and I was able to pick up the car the very next day. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this dealership, got one of the lowest prices around, and did not feel pressured. I would certainly recommend them in the future.
