We had to replace the front rotors on our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to some "hotspots". Rob Migliaccio was very professional, helpful, and courteous in the process. This weekend I had to rely on passersby to help jump my car because of battery problems. I called MY service department rep Jim Hillegass told him my problem and he said, can you get your car here now and car because of battery problems. I called MY service department rep Jim Hillegass told him my problem and he said, can you get your car here now and I said yes I have someone who came over to jump it again. When I get there he meet me at the door and said have a seat and I let you know when we are done looking at it.
