The experience buying a new Charger from Klaben with Jeffrey was great. I am from NC and was looking for my dream car, a Scat Pack Charger. Klaben had the color and options I wanted. I contacted 3 separate dealers. 1 in the DC area had a great price listed, but after talking with them price increased by 4500, they added in ridiculous fees including 1495 in freight which is included in the window sticker, they said it was standard would not budge on them. 2nd car was in GA, price listed was ridiculously high. I contacted the dealer to negotiate price, the told me they only negotiate in person , I told them I was not traveling over 5 hours without a deal. They said sorry that is their policy. The 3rd was Klaben, their price listed was fair, but I was able to negotiate a deal with Jeff that I am very happy with. I went to pickup the car yesterday. Jeff was very nice and personable, and even personally picked me up from the airport. He said due to covid their drivers are not picking up anyone right now. Jeff took the time to answer my questions and showed me how to use all the features including uconnect and android auto. Also kudos to to the detail dept, car was on the showroom and looked incredible. Also have to mention Kim in Finance, she was friendly and efficient whole process took less than 15 minutes. Thanks again to the whole staff at Klaben, especially Jeffrey. Highly recommend Jeffrey and Klaben for your next purchase of a CJDR product. More
