Great all the way around! My wife and I had been looking around and had stopped at another local dealership. The first place we stopped was a DISASTER from the time we walked into the front door of that dealership. So we decided to stop into Klaben Chrysler Jeep in Ravenna Ohio. Our experience was excellent. Our salesman John Coco was very nice. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He was not just concerned with pushing a sale on us, he asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. Price etc. we told him, he told us all about what they had to offer and we test drove two Jeep Cherokee. John answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable on our Jeep vehicle and the fact that he took time with us and didn't rush or push us was a big plus in our book. We had gone to Klaben Ford five or six time she in the past and made new purchases theee. This is the first time ever we had chosen to buy a Jeep vehicle. We are very pleased with the dealership and the customer service we received. Highly recommend this dealership and John Coco as well as Kim in the Finance department. She was also polite and knowledgeable. Our first experience purchasing a vehicle from Klaben Jeep Chrysler so far has been the best.
