My husband and I were looking to purchase a Ford Edge Limited. We are both retired and wanted a nice vehicle to take on vacation and to drive for a long time. We went to Mullinex Ford Wickliffe where we were yelled at and insulted, to Auto Nation where the sales person was interested in working with us, but his manager, not so much. After a long, frustrating day, and many miles later we went to Klaben Ford, Kent. What a pleasant surprise. Right from the start Glenn and Matt were friendly, and courteous. They were willing to answer our questions and work with us to finalize a deal that worked for us and them. It was a pleasant experience. My husband felt like we were treated with respect from everyone that we came in contact there. I can't express enough what a great dealership they are. I would deal with them again in a heartbeat.
