Quick Lane provided quick and courteous service. I didn't realize it was connected to Klaben. I took my old car to the Klaben body shop on the other end of 59 in Ravenna and they were awesome, too. Joe French pointed out to me that I had unused Klaben Loyalty link points that we had unused. I had thought they expired after our lease was up. But Joe was kind enough to point that out to me. Was mu Loyalty link points that we had unused. I had thought they expired after our lease was up. But Joe was kind enough to point that out to me. Was much appreciated! The service was done quicker then I was expecting as well. Was told a little over 2 hours, took a little over an hour so that was a pleasant surprise. More
