Service for my 2015 Honda I was upset and saddened by my experience at Leith Honda in Raleigh today. I had a leak in the front of my car and water was gathering. I arrived and after a little over an hour they still did not have an answer and said that they needed to charge me $277 (which would go to the cost of repair) since they needed more time to figure out the problem. I proceeded to call my Uncle (mechanic) who asked me about five questions and then proceeded to tell me two possible areas the leak was coming from. I immediately called my father who was able to talk to the "advisor" that I was working with. Afterwards the Honda Dealership Service Department confirmed what my uncle told me over the phone in 5 minutes. I also found out the dealership cannot fix the problem. So, to sum things up my uncle told me in 5 minutes what the dealership tried to charge me $277 after a little over two hours. I was given a "break" and only charged $164.13. This is poor business. No one asked me questions or asked about the history of my vehicle. During the times of COVID, violent times, and being a small business owner myself this is poor taste. People are struggling and times are very real, why was I treated this way? I don't know, but will not return. I enjoy Honda cars and am saddened that this dealership feels it is acceptable to treat paying customers in this manner. We need people who care and emphasize quality of service. More

Excellent Dealership I took my CRV in for repair on the passenger airbag. And ended up walking out with a brand new one. I walked through the showroom and no one approached me to ask if I needed help EXCEPT Marvin Camper. And because he did, he sold a car that day. He was very helpful and explained the features on the new car several times. He was not pushy or aggressive. I was very satisfied with his sales pitch. I got a really good deal and am happy with my new vehicle. More
Just No Bought a new 2019 Odyssey from Leith six months ago. Before the first service interval, the vehicle has had a major electrical failure that has left it almost inoperable. Over the last week, the electric ignition has failed to start the vehicle several times and left my wife and kids stranded, with the kicker being the electric locks failing to work,leaving a baby stuck in the car. All this being said, the earliest service appointment I could get was a week out. At this point the vehicle is unsafe at best, so I decided to take it to Leith Honda in hopes of getting worked in sooner and getting a loaner vehicle. Being a brand new vehicle, I assumed it was the least that could be done. Long story short, Leith Honda refused to help in any way, both service and sales departments. I was told the best I could do was bring it back in another four days and a determination could be made on a rental vehicle then. So my family is left with an inoperable vehicle on labor day weekend, with Leith refusing to help in any way. Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop elsewhere. This is without a doubt my last Honda and the last time I ever buy at any Leith dealership. As soon as this xxx is fixed, I'll be trading it in for a reliable vehicle at a dealership that values its customers. More
Service Department is Mediocre at Best I took my car in for service and when the keys to my car were returned to me they were broken into two pieces. I immediately asked for the key to eith I took my car in for service and when the keys to my car were returned to me they were broken into two pieces. I immediately asked for the key to either be fixed or replaced. I was told that it couldn’t be fixed and that there was no one available to replace it. This was Thursday. I was told to come back Monday, while you were still going to be open on Friday and Saturday. My husband returned with the key on Tuesday and he was then adviced that the car needed to be there as well. That was the first time we were told that. I just came back to get the new key on Saturday, to be told that I have to wait at least an hour to have re-keyed. The level of customer service that I’ve experienced is mediocre at best. I was not at fault and was treated as such. This incident has definitely tainted our willingness to conduct business with Leith Honda of Raleigh. More
