Chris Welch was fantastic (and continues to be even after "the sale")! I'd gone online requesting some information about a Toyota Tundra for my husband. Chris promptly emailed me back and followed-up with a phone call. He had the exact vehicle that we wanted, gave us a great price, and made the purchasing experience painless. (I've purchased a number of vehicles in the past, and I've never been able to say that before.) While purchasing the Tundra, I saw a Highlander Hybrid in the showroom, but I wanted a different interior color. Again, Chris came through! Yes, it's true we purchased two Toyota's within a week's time, and we LOVE both vehicles.

I also want to commend Sammie, our "finance" person. Sammie was very professional, friendly, and made this process as "painless" and swift as possible as well. Sammie negotiated a great interest rate for me, which I really appreciate.

On my Highlander, I had that spiffy interior and exterior protection material applied. Sammie made the appointment for me and arranged for a loaner car for me while the work was being done. When I took the Highlander in, the service representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I also want to include that a friend of mine purchased a Toyota from Maita just before we did and said that her experience was terrific as well.

You all have it "dialed in" -- I'm giving Five Stars to Maita Toyota!

This is my 5th vehicle purchase from Maita. I LOVE this place! They don't jerk me around, they give me a very fair trade-in value for my cars, I get exactly what I ask for in vehicle and option choices. Mehdi Raza is AWESOME!!!! Words can't describe how wonderful he is to work with! He gives me 100% attention and was very helpful throughout the process. This isn't the first time I've bought from him, nor will it be the last. I'd recommend Maita and Mehdi to anyone!!!

To anyone seeking a new/used car in the Sacramento area, I strongly recommend that you contact Mehdi Raza at Maita Toyota. My wife and I found Mehdi to be very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. His follow-up before the sale, and most importantly, after the sale, has been exemplary. It comes as no surprise to me that other reviewers rated Mehdi so strongly, as well.

My experience with Maita was better than I could have ever expected. Marko was the first salesman to approach us and I am glad he did. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He was patient with my indecisiveness and very understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. I felt like he wanted to make sure I found the right car for me rather than just forcing me into buying any car without thinking it through. He took me on two test drives and ended up getting me a great deal on a brand new Toyota Camry. We had also visited Roseville Toyota and the service was nowhere compared to the high level of service provided by Marko at Maita. We are very thankful for him helping us through a difficult and sometimes stressful process of finding the perfect new car. I would definitely recommend Marko to anyone headed into Maita looking for a new car and the 2013 Camry SE is an incredible machine for a great value! Couldn't be happier right now!

I went to Toyota to price vehicles because I wanted something newer and bigger than what I had, but I was on a budget. I wasn’t expecting to be able to afford a new car, with everything that I wanted. I told Terry what I was looking for and he showed me several different cars that met my needs, wants, and budget for a new vehicle. He was very professional, knowledgeable and mindful. He didn’t rush me to make a selection and he maintained his patience, as I couldn’t make up my mind on the vehicle that I wanted. I were looking for a fuel economic car ,because of my commute daily to work.I have known Maita toyota on the internet, and One saturday morning (1/26/13) My wife and I stopped by the dealer ,and before we entered the shows room ,Sophia showed up,she toured us around the car lot showed us the one we were looking for.She made my wife and I comfortable,she eager to help, patient and honest.the price was right for a new corolla.We financed with Toyota and with the help of Sophia.we drove a brand new corolla home with less than an hour. Thank Sophia for a wonderfull customer service.She even connected my I phone with bluetooth in the car.I were very happy with my purchase.

I was a pretty demanding customer. Medhi took it all in stride....now I have a beautiful new Camry. He didn't try to b.s. me....something I think most of us tend to fear when car shopping. I appreciate not being looked at like I'm "just some dumb girl". And he didn't try to put me in a Sienna or 4Runner when I was looking for a Camry. Nor did he try to push used or a lease when I was looking to purchase new.
