I visited the dealership a couple of weeks ago just to peak around and see the inventory. Immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm handshake. I came back this week unsure if I was going to leave with a new or used car. Edmond Kim sat down with my friend and me and answered all of my questions. He is easy to talk with and a great listener. He did everything in his power to ensure I was walking out the dealership with a new Acura and that I would be happy with my purchase. He got me a great deal! Daniel Munoz, product specialist, showed me every detail of my 2017 RDX. He customized my keyless entry, bluetooth and even my preset radio stations. He made the experience fun and inviting. Easy! Fernando was pretty awesome. I got the car that I wanted, they got a lot less money than they wanted, it was great. Even though Fernando looks lik Fernando was pretty awesome. Thanks for the fun time and nice car. I do have to say though, after we left with our new Acura, we dropped our other car off at the Honda of Marin dealership for a recall repair. The customer service at Honda of Marin didn't even compare to the customer service at Marin Acura. AND Marin Acura has candy in their bathroom! Go see Fernando. More
