Terrible experience at the Service Facility/ BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs shoul BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs should take 3 days. In reality it took 57 — FIFTY SEVEN DAYS! I was leaving messages, sending e-mails. The service manager Jonathan did not return phone calls and replied to my e-mails a week later. Finally I got my van back – DIRTY inside and outside! Plastic vent of the A/C was put back USING CRAZY GLUE! Three out of five cabin lights don’t work! Some loose parts rumble in the roof, a screwdriver left under the hood! A day later I realize: one part (at least) in my van (unrelated to the area of repairs) was replaced with an old part of a different color!!! And now I am leaving messages again on the the voicemailboxes of Vinni Ruggieri and Antoinette. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

With all these things they still got me in and out very efficiently and i feel comfortable knowing when i pick my car up it will be in great condition. The attention to detail is superb. More

They didn’t want me to wait to get shuttled to work so the service manager Vinny took it upon himself to bring me himself. I also received a complementary shuttle from work back to the service center. Mercedes added my yearly inspection into my service visit with no problem. Samantha P has me in and out ASAP It is a pleasure to drop my car in for Service as everything from the minute I pull in is handled. They remind me I need an inspection, they tell me I have a bubble in a tire then take my credit card, I sign on the iPad, Sam slips me into a loaner and I am on my way! No hassle, no wait and nothing but smiles from a friendly staff. I usually get a call that they found something that needs to be done in the near future besides the service which I am thankful for because then I don’t have to come back again. This time my brakes were low and I kept the loaner overnight. My car was done early the next day so I drove in, paid and there was my car all beautiful and spotlessly cleaned. Got in and was on my way within 15 minutes with a cold bottle of water. I wouldn’t bring the car anywhere else because I never thought I’d say this but I find the experience enjoyable.
