She was informed and informative and, and provided me with the space required to come to a final decision without any pressure. In the days post the sale, she has continued to avail herself to my queries and requests, including arranging for a loaner when MB service requested my new car in for final prep. She also readily agreed to drive my car for window tinting which was a tremendous favor for me as I work downtown and doing so myself would have been a huge inconvenience. Buying a car can be stressful enough! With all of the options, features and benefits of one of finest pieces of German machinery there is, falling into the trap of feeling overwhelmed is very easy in this process. But I have to point out that Anetha, is, was and continues to be the exception to that notion. She took all of the confusion, all of the concerns, and all of the typical baggage that comes with buying a car, completely out of our interactions and it all started with her introductory email. She was so pleasant, informative and very knowledgeable! I have been searching for a Polar White Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG 4Matic and when the perfectly equipped and accessorized vehicle showed up on their website I was immediately contacted by Anetha and right away set up an appointment! Test driving was a breeze! I already knew this was the car I wanted so prior to even coming into the dealership I already knew how much I wanted to pay for it. I do have to be honest and say that it was an aggressive offer! After confirming my choice, her and I came to a very FAIR agreement, I would even venture to say it was leaning towards being more FAVORABLE to me. She highly recommended that I purchase pre-paid maintenance, tire and wheel package and windshield, which I totally resisted at first BUT I am so thankful to God that I followed her advice! After 1 year of ownership I am so happy to report that the cost for these items have already paid for themselves even after interest was calculated, which by the way she went to bat for me and gave me a super low 2.99%!!! Because of the car's uniqueness, and the fact that it was the Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG 4Matic equipped exactly how I wanted it, that was available anywhere, I decided that the customer service I got from her early on in the sale, gave me the feeling and belief that she will take care of me after the sale as well. And that reassurance is was let me know to this day, that the money I paid for my car, was definitely worth more than the money itself. Because thru it all, I got my car, I got a great experience and I also earned her as my advocate! More

No one seems to understand basic customer service. I went into the dealership for the first time. Was not welcomed by anyone when I arrived. I stood at the desk that appeared to be where I should go, t I went into the dealership for the first time. Was not welcomed by anyone when I arrived. I stood at the desk that appeared to be where I should go, turns out it was the courtesy vehicle desk where the two employees were having an argument over bring up the correct car and ignored me for about 5min while I stood waiting patiently for assistance/direction. I was then told to go inside to talk to someone, Bob, who was unavailable. I waited and then the next rep eventually said he could help me. At this point no one has actually said "Hey welcome to Mercedes Service, this is how this works..." everyone seems to just assume all the customers know everything all the employees do. Then a guy came up and asked if my Van was in the driveway, I said yes, he said "Give me your keys!". I said... "Okay, but I still have some stuff in there I need to grab" and he said "Yeah, give me your keys". No explanation. I watched the same employee talk to three or four other customers the same one, no information, just expected that they all knew what his job was and what he was going to do. One person told him that she needed to confirm the car could be back by 10:30 before they take it, and he proceeded to get upset and rudely tell her that it's not his job so he doesn't know. Overall the second guy I talked to seemed to at least be friendly and helpful, but the rest of the experience was awful. It was the customer service experience I expect at a poorly run Burger King, not Mercedes-Benz. I got very limited communication about my car, including no response to a question I asked. I was told they would investigate and fix a door rattle, and did not need me to do a ride along with them despite me offering, they proceeded to not fix rattle and not follow up with me after the service. I plan to bring it back in. Courtesy vehicle smelled bad inside. I'm giving this 2 stars for friendliness only because of the second guy who helped me tried to be nice. More
