From the first time I brought a Mercedes to this dealership for service (I'm on my 4th Mercedes) I have never had a vehicle serviced anywhere else. The experience is truly upscale, and they have the process down to a very efficient science: 1) my car tells me it's time to book service 2) I book my appointment online 3) I pull in am greeted warmly by the team awaiting my arrival 4) I walk directly into the clean and comfortable cafe-style waiting area 5) My service professional comes to ME (I'm set up with laptop, phones, and fresh coffee at the coffee bar) and introduces himself then reviews the service and provides a timeline estimate 6) right on time, he lets me know the car is ready, and it's right up front, freshly detailed. I mean it just can't get any better than that! Well, maybe some high protein / low carb snacks like nuts and string cheese would be nice :) More
