He was patient and took the time to learn about my lifestyle/situation and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I then started working with Alanna Lopez, and she was AMAZING! I knew nothing about cars and was a bit overwhelmed at first, but she explained the process of leasing and financing so well to me that I felt I could make the best decision for myself. I recently had a frustrating experience with Paragon Acura. My partner and I visited the dealership over two weeks ago and were helped by a salesperson named Chris. We liked the 2024 Acura RDX with all Acura. My partner and I visited the dealership over two weeks ago and were helped by a salesperson named Chris. We liked the 2024 Acura RDX with all its features but couldn’t finalize anything because the finance rates weren’t in yet. When we returned a week later, expecting to finalize the deal, we were shocked to see that the price had not only dropped a bit but then suddenly increased by over $3,000 from what was advertised online. They claimed this was due to added anti-theft features, but it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. This left us feeling misled and disappointed. If Paragon Acura wants to improve, they need to hire more honest salespeople. We’ve had better experiences at Rallye Acura, where the process has been much more transparent. I hope Paragon Acura can address these issues and treat future customers more fairly and honestly! More

Let me begin with how my sales associate Alexis knew the terms I wanted for financing and still tried to get me to do it for longer. I already had a feeling something along those lines would happen because she never wanted to disclosed the rate with me until I would sign papers. How am I going to sign for something I don’t know the rate of? I couldn’t even get the details of my financial agreement, that’s also why I had to waste my time and come back because I told them no for that stunt they tried to pull. As a buyer PLEASEEE know your rights and please read your used consumer bill of rights if you don’t. This was only one of main issues because after I bought the car and purchased LoJack from them for $1350 they UNINSTALLED IT. I was just mind boggled at this point because how sneaky can you be to wait a week for it to work to then call from the dealer to remove it. So , you know what I did? I got on a 3 way call with LoJack and the dealer only to get an attitude from the manager saying “why did you call LoJack?” I’ll post those screenshots below for reference. On top of that , she didn’t have the second key as a CPO vehicle should have... so did she wait till after to find the book and keys ? Or she already knew this upon arrival? Then, wait it gets even better - the ambient lighting wasn’t working. So , I had to come back for that and it just so happens they noticed after the fact that I had the wrong plates so they needed to switch them out :) . What an experience this was and a complete waste of my time. More
