A particular make and color we wanted was not available at the warehouse, but Thomas got it for us from the port within a day. He helped me get a good deal for vehicle insurance - better than what my insurance broker was able to. He was helpful, well informed, and not pushy. That cannot be said of some of the other people we met at the dealership though. The sales manager was a little too aggressive with his pitch for some maintenance deal. Overall though, good experience, particularly because it was quick and painless. 4 stars all down to Thomas and the very friendly vehicle inspector at the dealership. More

Great experience at this dealership I stopped in Paragon Acura since I saw online that they had a great deal on the 2015 Acura TLX. While I was in the lot, I wasn't approached like the Sharks at most dealers. It was a "No Pressure" buying experience . Later I was approached by Sales Consultant Enes. He was very informative answered all of questions, and he made the buying process seem like a breeze. I was done with the sale in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him for purchases. Then later on I was introduced to the Sales Manager Camilo, who was very professional and informative. Camilo definitely knows the business and knows how to take care of the clients. Based on my experience here at Paragon Acura, when my lease is up, I will be coming back for another purchase. I want to Thank both Enes and Camilo for providing me with great customer service. More

He is honest and tries his best to get you the best deal he can and works with your budget! He has always worked with me and always has given me the proper advice when getting into a new deal. In my recent deal he and his sales person Patrick again were outstanding. Patrick was very politely, relayed all information properly to me and made my transition into my new car fast, easy and no stress. Mike the Finance person tried his best and was very patient in making this deal happen as well too. I was able to go in and out and not spend my entire day there. I would highly recommend Paragon Acura and Murat and Patrick as the go to people when you need ta car.
