I would say that this was one of the more excruciating car-buying processes I've ever had to go through, but I was ultimately happy with what I left with. If you're shopping for a used/CPO car, don't come here unless you're prepared to spend 10+ hours buying, and haggling over every nickel and dime they try to squeeze past you. Their initial offer was $2000 over the price listed on their website with another $1000 in xx fees (plus another couple thousand in taxes and legitimate fees). I was there for 6 hours one day, then had to come back the next day for another 4 hours to finish the sale with their financing department. But I left with a good car at a price that was around $6000 cheaper than what the same car would've been listed at in an app like Carvana. The deals are decent, but if you're reading this review it's probably because you want information other than just the prices. So I think you should be prepared to expect some mild trauma associated with the process, even if you're happy with the result. More

This increased the cost by several thousand dollars. It is shameful that they employ such bait-and-switch tactics. Fortunately, there are other dealers out there who are more professional and trustworthy. More
