He showed me one vehicle, which was all I needed to see because it was exactly what I wanted. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and I left with a sales slip and a date and time to pick up my new vehicle. He also dealt with the insurance company and DMV. That made me happy. When I picked the vehicle up, he gave me an excellent orientation to the vehicle and even had me set up my phone to the Bluetooth then and there.
