My vehicle had a serious but very difficult to capture transmission issue. I appreciate how Jessie and Henry stayed on this issue and we’re ultimately able to capture the issue so that the transmission wa transmission issue. I took my 2022 Subaru for some work back in December of 2025. Jamie was my service advisor. After the work was done he stated I needed 4 new tires, brake pads, alignment for the new tires, and 60,000 mil 2025. Jamie was my service advisor. After the work was done he stated I needed 4 new tires, brake pads, alignment for the new tires, and 60,000 mile warranty. I told him in December I would need to wait until January but for him to send me a quote. In which he emailed me a quote that was lined out. Fast forward to January - I call him to verify the prices and my 60,000 mile warranty is now couple hundred dollars more, the other items are more and he denies even sending me the quote. Even though it was emailed from him. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend him AT ALL. More

Kari was deceptive in her interactions with me. She told me my car was delivered on Wednesday night when I know per the tow truck diver my car was delivered on Monday afternoon and the driver was She told me my car was delivered on Wednesday night when I know per the tow truck diver my car was delivered on Monday afternoon and the driver was told to leave my car near the car wash. She also said my car was outside the warranty of 36K miles but had it fixed for free. I have an extended warranty of 100K miles. I have never experienced any problems with the dealership before this encounter. More
