Love my dealership, Melanie, who sold me the car, the service technicians. One thing that I have a problem with is the 3% surcharge on using a credit card. That is unfair. I chose Subaru because of the reliance of the vehicle and have kept all the service on it. I feel like I am being punished for having to use a credit card. And 3% is really high anyway. So, that’s all I got to say about that. More
I could not be more impressed with the service and effort put for by Duncan and the rest of the team. We were far from home and they were fully booked, but knowing that we were trying to either get back home put for by Duncan and the rest of the team. We were far from home and they were fully booked, but knowing that we were trying to either get back home or actually going on our mini-vacation, Duncan bent over backwards to fit us in and the technicians were able to fix our problem in an extremely reasonable time (and a broken PCV hose is not some quick fix). They got us back on the road in a few hours and kept us updated through the entire process. My wife and I love our Subaru, but the dealership that is closest to us is a nightmare to deal with and we have talked about how we wouldn't want to buy another one because of them, but Duncan and his team in Little Rock, three to four hours away from our home, have us rethinking our position for our next vehicle. It might be worth the trip just to get work done by this amazing team. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for the effort they put in on a Friday afternoon. More

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Think Taylor Harris was great. I still call him once in a while when I have a question about the car. I live in Mountain View so it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership, but I’m going to try to keep taking it there for service. Repairs are going to be more difficult, as not every place around here works on these vehicles. Where can I find a mechanic around here in case it can’t be driven, or at least not that far. More
