The next day we got a call from Eric Lima and said it was ready for us to take a test drive. My wife and I went in to look at it and when we got there Eric was just brining it up front. Took it for a ride and loved it, went in and sat down with Eric, and left a deposit on it, they had to wait for the title to come in. A few days Eric called me and gave me a courticy call and told me that the title would be in next week. He answered all my questions immediately and volunteered a lot, too. I had just a small problem with the bulbs of my brake lights and it was addressed, remedied and the vehicle returned to me in an efficient manner. The staff there were all very couteous and professional, especially my service person, Solida. I will require regular or routine Ford service going forward for my relatively new vehicle and since this experience was very positive, Tasca Ford will be where I will choose to continue to receive such service. Once the numbers were estimated and my husband and I were happy with them we went for the test drive. The car was well maintained and both my husband I were ready to mve forward with financing at which point Ryan Haxton helped us adjust the numbers to exactly what we were looking to spend with GAP and ESP included. We have had the car for just under a week, and made a few requests such as a spare key and floor mats which Shawn Haggarty made happen for us. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and experience with Tasca. More
