I had a wonderful buying experience at Ted Britt Chevrolet. As I was located approx. 60 miles from the dealership, I communicated with them before I left to ensure the car I wanted was available. They also were able to tell me that they will match CarMax appraisals for my trade-in, which in addition to being incredible convenient, it also removed a lot of stress from the transaction because I knew what I was getting before going there. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and everyone I met was extremely friendly. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had. The actual purchasing process went smoothly. Yes, the dealership pushes their profit makers on you (vehicle protection packages, extended warranties, etc.) during the sale. However, their product pitches were informative and they readily accepted denial of these packages without becoming too pushy about it. After the sales paperwork was completed, the salesman took the time to show me all of the features of the car, set up personal devices, personalize vehicle setting, and answer any questions I had along the way. The salesman was also quick to handle any other issues that came up after I left the lot. This was definitely one of the easier car purchase transaction I've made. I would highly recommend Ted Britt Chevrolet. More

My experience at Ted Britt Chevrolet was great. I did a price comparison between 3 dealers in MD and 2 dealers in VA and Ted Britt provided the best price on my 2014 Impala 2LZ. I conversed with all dealer price comparison between 3 dealers in MD and 2 dealers in VA and Ted Britt provided the best price on my 2014 Impala 2LZ. I conversed with all dealers initially via email and they were all very responsive. What attracted me to Ted Britt in the end was Natt Fiumara. He provided all the information I need to want to visit Ted Britt and he had a wonderful since of humor. On my initial visit Anthony took me for a test drive and explained all of the features the car provided. He was extremely polite and very informative. After discussing the vehicle with my wife we arranged to purchase the car on a Saturday. The car had been detailed and Anthony walked my wife through all the features of the car. Anthony introduced us to the Service department and Donald the finance guy. Donald explained all the paper work to us and we drove off and celebrated our purchase over a delicious lunch. The one big advantage with this purchase is Ted Britt's 4 Life coverage. It provides a lifetime power-train coverage for the vehicle as long as you own it and a complementary car loaner when your car is being serviced. Just amazing!!! More
This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Everyone I worked with was there for whatever I needed. There was no pressure to buy, and I can't count how many times I was asked if any dealership. Everyone I worked with was there for whatever I needed. My salesman Steve was amazing, the financing department and Sales Manager worked hard to meet my needs. I never heard the dreaded "let me talk to my manager" when a change was requested, it was just taken care of. I got my car at below book, above book for my trade, and my used car was covered for life. They even covered the tires and rims since they were factory installed upgraded rims. I will stay with this dealership for as long as I live in Northern VA. The high ratings are deserved! First time I felt that a dealership cared about my needs, and not the sale first. More

Chaz Bryant could not have been more rude to me. I was there with my spouse to checkout a Chevrolet Cruze we were interested in. We were planning to trade in our current car at Carmax (we had already rece there with my spouse to checkout a Chevrolet Cruze we were interested in. We were planning to trade in our current car at Carmax (we had already received a satisfactory appraisal and we just needed to find a new car first). We didn't find a car at Ted Britt that fit what we were looking for so we were planning on leaving. Our salesperson (not Chaz) suggested we get our car appraised and do a trade in. He said it would only take 10 minutes and we saw a huge sign that said "We need vehicles! Ted Britt Chevrolet pays more than anyone! Yes, even Carmax. Highest appraisal guaranteed - or get $1,000." Well, our car was appraised at Carmax for $13,000. Ted Britt appraised it for $10,000. $3,000 less. Obviously we want to get as much as possible for our car. I asked about the $1,000 since they didn't give us the highest appraisal. Our salesperson then informed us that they don't actually do that. I asked to speak to his manager, who was Chaz Bryant. Chaz Bryant informed me that they don't give the $1,000 as the sign states. I said they should take it down as it is misleading and not true. He said they only do that for cars they want. I asked to speak to his manager. He rudely said that his manager was Ted Britt. I asked for his phone number and he said, "Ted Britt is dead." I then asked for another managers name then, he said a name (I've forgotten it now) but said he was unavailable as well. FInally, we all walked to the new car section and I spoke to a much more polite Manager, Natt, who reappraised our care for $13,000. I mentioned to Natt what Chaz had said about his boss being Tedd Britt and how I couldn't have his number because he was dead. Chaz denied ever saying that. He tried to blame it on one of his coworkers when I remember him saying it to me. He asked me to swear to God that he said it. When I refused to swear to God, he said that was proof I was lying. My spouse and I clearly heard him say this. The most upsetting part was that he tried to blame his coworker and that he said I was lying. My car salesman, Eddie, and the other manager, Natt were very kind but I was shocked by Mr. Chaz Bryant's sarcasm, rudeness, and disrespect. I own a Ford Escape from Ted Britt but they will never get my business again. If you don't want to give people $1,000 if you can't give them the highest appraisal, that's fine. But take your sign down. More
I have several Chevy dealers much closer to my home, however, the information I got from this dealers website and more importantly the information and pricing I received over the phone from Mr. Mas Hill however, the information I got from this dealers website and more importantly the information and pricing I received over the phone from Mr. Mas Hill was very impressive. I called my nearest dealer and was passed between three different people and still could not get a single question answered on pricing other than to come into the dealership. Once I had the pricing I was comfortable with from this dealership, I drove to the location. Mr. Hill had the car out front ready for me to test drive. We had several more questions after driving the car and Mas quickly provided us the answer. The car had more miles on it than expected, so Mr. Hill instantly gave me the same pricing and showed me the same exact car (different color, which my daughter preferred). It was a done deal! While the necessary paperwork was prepared in the back, Mas filled us in with more of the cars capabilities and features. Mr. Hill is very knowledgeable and calm, even though I tend to be high stung and hurried. We processed the necessary paperwork with Mr. Donald Kim. He was able to educate me on several areas I did not quite understand. Also, he was very patient when I was deciding whether or not to get a specific maintenance plan ... while I crunched the numbers and did some research. More
