I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I had at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Most notable was the help I received from Anthony Saunders. I originally purchased my 2014 experience I had at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Most notable was the help I received from Anthony Saunders. I originally purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Anthony a few weeks ago. Now keep in mind I only bought the work truck version so we're not necessarily talking about a big ticket vehicle purchase. I wanted to upgrade the wheels to give it a little extra curb appeal and replace the stock steel wheels. I emailed Anthony a picture of the wheels I wanted from the Chevy website and he took it from there! That same day I had a price on the wheels along with the shipping and availability information. I ordered the wheels and he even took care of scheduling the appointment for me. When was the last time you called your salesperson after you bought I vehicle from him/her and didn't get the "who is this again?" from the other end of the phone. This dealership seems to be going out of their way to ensure a great customer experience and they certainly have my support. If you happen to be in the market for a new Chevy car or truck I wouldn't hesitate to stop by Ted Britt Chevrolet and make sure you ask for Anthony - incredibly helpful, very personable and low pressure. The last point I'd like to make about Anthony and this dealership in particular is never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Ted Britt of Sterling Virginia had a used BMW that fit my search parameters and in was in good condition; a local car with all documented BMW dealer service. The sale was efficiently completed and I left with the car all in one visit Their service even included permanent tags and a one year registration ready to go. I recommend this used car dealership with the caveat that you must know how and like to negotiate. More

Mike and Dan were great to work with. I moved here recently from another state and Virginia requires that you have dual license plates. Mike helped me locate all of the hardware that I needed to get recently from another state and Virginia requires that you have dual license plates. Mike helped me locate all of the hardware that I needed to get the front plate installed on my car (which is a Saturn, a make that GM has discontinued). Once the part was received the next day, I was notified promptly and was able to adjust my schedule to come in to have the plate installed. When I arrived, there was a two wait for service due to the docket of appointments scheduled. Dan went above and beyond to ensure that my install was worked in. AND the service was completed in less than 30 minutes. I sincerely appreciate the assistance they offered me to help me bring my car up to state requirements within the window of time that the state allotted. I will definitely patronize Ted Britt in the future for more intense services on my car. More
