Their are no words to describe our feeling about this dealership. This is the second time we have dealt with them once in 2011 when my financial circumstances were really good and we bought a car outrigh dealership. This is the second time we have dealt with them once in 2011 when my financial circumstances were really good and we bought a car outright and this 2nd time when I had next to nothing. I went into this dealership the 2nd time thinking there is no way they could help me, especially with my credit History. I went in with and Approval with a company called Roadloans which they had very little dealings with but were willing to try and work with this company to get me the right car. The process went on for around 3 weeks with me getting a 2008 chevrolet Cobalt with only 21,000 miles. Mark Thomas my salesperson was my right hand man thru all this. He kept me positive and upbeat throughout the whole process. Omeir the Finance person who worked with roadloans was nothing more than a true professional answering all my questions being stupid or not. The Whole Staff of Toyota of Scranton including Mechanics are fantastic. They treated me the same way when I had nothing as they treated me when I had something. I cannot tell you how my wife and I are so grateful to them. The reason I gave them an excellent rating on every category is because they were. If there was better than excellent i would give that to them. One more thing I cannot say enough about is salesman Mark Thomas he is fantastic not just as a salesperson but also as a human being. Dealership was nice looking and had quite a few vehicles on their lot. Sales person (Joe Mercado ) was very nice and helpful, but most of all never pressured us to buy a car. We initially wanted to buy a Camry but Joe steered us toward the Avalon and explained that this car had everything we were looking for at a price that was right. The only down fall was that they did not have the color car and interior we wanted so they needed to order it fom the factory. This would take 4 to 6 weeks. The car was delivered in 5 weeks. This was fine since the weather was still so sloppy. The Finance portion of buying the car went very smooth thanks to (Omir Omeragic) who also never pressured us to take any of the extras that come along with per chasing a car. Overall, our car buying experience was pleasant. We cannot comment on Maintaince yet because the car is new, but I'm sure that will be fine. More
My overall experience deazling with sales rep Carl Jenkins and used car manager Tony was great. The only disappointing experience was with finance person . When I refused to add any extended warrant Jenkins and used car manager Tony was great. The only disappointing experience was with finance person . When I refused to add any extended warranties his entire demeanor changed and personally I became uncomfortable and could not wait to get out of that office. The vehicle is great and the dealing with Carl & Tony was a pleasure. If not for finance the entire experience would have been great. More

We have had our 2003 Avalon serviced here several times in the passed and we were always satisfied. So, when we made up our minds to purchase the new 2013 Avalon we gave them a shot. Keith was always liste in the passed and we were always satisfied. So, when we made up our minds to purchase the new 2013 Avalon we gave them a shot. Keith was always listened and was attentive to our needs. He was patient taking us out to test drive several vehicles. He was never in our face and didn't "push" us one way or another. When we were having difficulty making a decision about choosing either the 'limited' or 'touring' versions he gaves us good arguments for or against either choice. Because this is a new model exterior/interior and model choices can be limited. But the staff at Scranton Toyota found us exactly what we wanted and within a week it was at the dealership. Chris Kaczor handled all of the financial paperwork. He explained everything and made it, actually, enjoyable. The dealership is beautiful. The service waiting area has it's own coffee shop. Everyone smiled and greeted us when they passed us. It seemed that everyone liked their job. Not a miserable face in the bunch. If we were asked, "would we buy here again," our answer would be: "In a hearbeat!" More
