First it took two appointments to find out what was wrong with the car, then they never told me the parts had arrived, then they tell me a part that was installed in a recall earlier this year is defective a with the car, then they never told me the parts had arrived, then they tell me a part that was installed in a recall earlier this year is defective as well and I have to come back. One visit on 14 July 2012 for the 15K service, then back on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The tire mounting was done extremely quickly, and the price deal with 4-wheel alignment and nitrogen fill/road hazard plan was very competitive. I ordered a part on-line and made my appointment for my 5,000 service visit. Both were done at the same time. No wait as I pulled my Van into the garage and spoke with an associate.
