There has been a dramatic increase in the level of customer service. From sales to the service department, you can see more leadership and care. The only way they could improve is if they would have customer service. From sales to the service department, you can see more leadership and care. After owning Corollas and Civics and their lack of availability we took a ride to Duluth to just look at their stock of new cars. Stopped by the dealership to get a wiper blade arm looked at that stopped working.
