The service team here is absolutely wonderful! I have serviced all of my vehicles here for more than 5 years and have had the opportunity to interact with many of their team members. They provide exceptional customer service and everyone is knowledgeable and good at what they do! My service advisor Caleb communicates well, is knowledgeable and treats us like family. Carlos is a highly skilled technician and the quality of his work exceeds my expectations every time. Carlos educates us and keeps us informed about the health of our vehicles and completely takes the worry out of maintaining them! I couldn't have been more pleased with my VW of Ocala experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I talked, he listened, and th experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I talked, he listened, and then he patiently white-knuckled through a test drive in the vehicle I'd come to see. We talked some more and by noon the next day, I was driving home in that vehicle! I think the "listening" part was the best part..... understanding my personal situation and working with me to get the reliable vehicle I needed, in the package I wanted.... well, it was a wonderful way to buy a car!! I don't hesitate to tell my friends ad co-workers where I would go again when I need a vehicle!! More
