I only have had a problem with the service department. I brought my F350 which I purchased from them in because one of the motors for a mirror went bad. They were to check on an extended warranty to see i I brought my F350 which I purchased from them in because one of the motors for a mirror went bad. They were to check on an extended warranty to see if it would be covered and to order the parts. I waited over a week and a half for an answer. Finally after 3 repeated calls with no call back and 2 weeks later I was told that it would be covered and that they would order the part but it would take another 5 to 10 days to get it in. I feel like my problem was just forgotten about and frustrated with not having my calls being returned. More
They seem to get the job done. However they are not always helpful. Took me almost a year to get recall done. Only have one car so told them I had to wait. Unfortunately I chose to go here and regret it and they put my family at risk. I bought a car within 24hrs started shaking really bad, took it into Les schwab and it had a bent wheel, and shocks were bad: put my family at risk. I immediately called Volkswagen to get this fixed. They called said the tires were just rotated and it’s fine come grab it. I did pick it up because they said it was safe. Immediately no it wasnt safe the shake got even worse. Now we’re 2 weeks in and they are trying to go backwards .. fixing shocks, new wheel, and I didn’t mention they pushed out my sensors on the back had to replace those. Now I have a loaner for who knows how long and I had a EV, meaning now I have to pay for gas at 14mpg from the loaner. Then coming out to dealership 3 times now is frustrating. Money and time needs to be compensated. And I don’t get to enjoy my new car. After I get my car back I won’t be coming back. More
