The process was very simple. Closing only took less that ten minutes. Pricing was very competitive. The staff where nice and professional. I rated my experience as 3 stars due to:
1- Aftermarket electric brake controllets are not compatible with the new f150 trucks. I was not made aware of this until after the deal was done. They made no attempt to help me out with this other than that they could install a ford factory controller for 300 plus dollars. If I had known this before hand I could have worked it into the deal. I am not happy at all about this.
2- the deal sheets are done electronically. More than once the numbers on the deal sheet where way off. Buyer beware, study the numbers on the deal sheet before you agree to the deal.

Having less than perfect credit, my expectations walking in were low. I thought I had to settle for a decent 2013 Santa Fe with 40k miles they had on the lot and even that seemed like a long shot. But lo and behold James Morris worked his magic and had a 2017 Ford Escape outside waiting for me with almost no mileage. I never thought with my credit score I'd be driving out of Woody Anderson Ford with such a nice vehicle, but I did. To make a long story short, I was having no luck in finding a good deal on a new 2017 Dodge Charger in my hometown. To say that I was discouraged would be an understatement. I just happened to see a beautiful white 2017 Dodge Charger online at Tallassee Automotive. When I called Tallassee Automotive, the secretary said that Eric (Gill) was with a customer, but he would call me back. It wasn't ten minutes later that Eric (Gill) called me back, and he was so kind to offer me a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Charger over the phone. Since I had almost given up on purchasing a 2017 Dodge Charger at a good price, I was beyond excited!!!
The next day my family and I traveled 4 hours to Tallassee, Alabama, and Eric (Gill) stayed after hours to allow us to look at and purchase the 2017 Dodge Charger. Eric was so kind to my family and me. Before we picked up our Charger, Eric was so kind to have our windows tinted too. With the tinted windows, our white 2017 Dodge Charger looked spectacular!!! I wish you could see it!!!
We have now had our 2017 Dodge Charger for a week and a half, and we have almost 1000 miles on it! It has been in Destin Beach and all over the place! It is a gorgeous car, and we have never had a car run this beautifully! My family and I are so very, very happy with our purchase!

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Long-Lewis Ford Lincoln in Muscle Shoals, AL. Our sales lady, Tracy Jackson, was so knowledgeable about the vehicles they had on the lot. Since the exact F250 we wanted had just sold, she started searching for one to our exact specifications online. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all wanted to match us with the vehicle for our needs. Our last vehicle purchase was 11 years ago. We're happy with our car, and we're happy with our truck. However, neither one of them could hold (comfortably and legally) our four growing grandsons and us. So, we searched online for months for a couple of specific type vehicles. We went and looked at a couple of them, but were not satisfied. The Lincoln navigator that we now own was on this sight, but there were no inside vehicle pictures. We were afraid that it meant that the inside of the vehicle was in poor shape. But because we had looked at another vehicle in the Albertville area, we came on over to look at it anyway here. We were so pleasantly surprised! It was good looking on the inside and out! Our salesman, Drew Dudley, was very kind and helpful from the moment that we met. There was no rushing us. The cold bottled water was refreshing as we checked out, drove, and talked with him about this navigator. We decided that this was our navigator, and proceeded to purchase it. The financial folks were very helpful as we took care of business. We met Mr. Baugh and found out that we know some folks that he is acquainted with. Small world indeed! Thank all of you. You were super! See you in 3000 miles or so.

Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership! The service manager was some "hot- headed" woman that was completely rude! I took my new vehicle to them to have it looked at and they messed it up worse (and they're claiming that they didn't touch the part that's messed up now!) Terrible customer service! When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.

I am traveling from out of state and experienced a wheel bearing failure in my 2013 F150. When I arrived Tim informed me the part and labor was warranted by Ford. While there they also serviced the truck at my request. All of the work was done in a reasonable time and a fair price. I cannot say enough good about the friendliness of the people or the professionalism of the dealership !
