replace a damaged tire - LINDA GREEN
Very efficient. Ordered the tire on a Tuesday afternoon; it arrived Wednesday morning and was installed Wednesday afternoon. Professional knowledgable staff. Laura Ryan was totally professional. Additionally Geoff Vosen checked on us repeatedly to ensure excellent service.
It was awesome .. - MRS. GAUNTT

Mixed emotions. - Tammie Franz
Will recommend with reservations of competence of service department and this is why.
My husband and I purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country from Chuck Stevens Ford. While we are very impressed with their forever warranty, we aren't happy with certain things that happened the day of purchase. We decided on a vehicle on a Saturday. We went through the purchase process while they "detailed" the vehicle". Upon completion of paperwork, my husband had to leave for an appointment. I waited for the van. When we test drove the van, the driver's rear tire was very low on pressure, (15psi). I mentioned this and the sales rep said it would be taken care of. He also had to run down to the local gas station to get gas. When I started to drive off the lot, the tire still showed 15psi of air pressure. The gas gauge was a hair above empty and the auto detailing was a joke. When I asked the salesman, he said, "I didn't have much cash so I could only get a little bit of gas and had no money for air". My husband was completely blown away that they allowed a lady to leave with not much more than a flat tire, and they didn't have money for it? They have 4 or 5 dealerships in a mile span and there was no one to access an air compressor at any of the locations. Kind of a safety issue.
Second issue, the day after purchasing the vehicle the passenger side door latching mechanism was acting up. I called the following Monday and they assured me they would take care of it. Prior to leaving the next week on vacation, I took the van in to have the tire fixed and the door serviced. They couldn't fix the door, as they said they didn't have the expertise that the Chrysler service department had. They fixed the tire....if you want to call it that. They plugged it and the plug came out 1 1/2 weeks later. I ended up taking it to a local tire repair business and he showed me the where it had been plugged. The tire repairman patched the tire the correct way.
The door has continually got worse....it comes ajar while driving down the road. Seriously a safety hazard. When I talked to our salesman, he said that since we didn't buy the bumper to bumper warranty we were responsible for full charges of getting the door fixed. I understand they can't be responsible for every issue forever, however, I brought the door to their attention the monday after we purchased it on saturday. I firmly believe they should repair the vehicle! Neither here nor there. My husband said that since they would not make it right, we would take it to our HONEST mechanic to have it fixed. His confidence in their service department is lacking. His statement to me, "if they can't fix a tire, what makes you think they can fix a door latching mechanism"? Point taken.
So....my review is 2 stars in stead of 1 simply because we are confident in the actual owner, Chuck Stevens, and if he was aware of the issues, we feel like he would take care of them. He is on medical leave so we aren't able to be in contact with him. Also, the forever warranty on used cars is awesome. It covers the engine, transmission, bearings....power train. That, you can't find at any other used car dealership. We feel their vehicles are very fair in price.
It's too bad they didn't fix the tire correctly and the door. I would have given them 5 stars, had they satisfied me.
Great - Bigjush
fantastic experience. Matt and his team were easy to work with and very responsive. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend them in the future.

Purchase of A New Car - CLT
I just purchased a Lincoln MKS from King Ford Dealership. I was very pleased with the service of everyone that I dealt with. David Breedlove was the salesman that assisted me through this process. He was very kind and very knowledgeable of the vehicles that I looked at and test drove..
I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

They were amazing Dorothy helped me out a lot I would recommend anyone go and see Dorothy. They don't leave you waiting long and they try everything possible to get you out in the vehicle you want.
Denise - Aunt Chele
Denise was very nice, helpful, and well-manered. It was a pleasure buying a vehicle from her. If I am need of a vehicle again, I would go see her first.
Good Experience - PensacolaBuyer
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The salesman, Dennis Finn, answered all my questions and spent significant time showing me the vehicle and going through it's options. I first looked at the vehicle I was interested in on the internet where the dealership had a good write up and lots of pictures posted.
I came over from a neighboring city because the dealership had what I wanted. I bought a quality used vehicle (Chevy Traverse) at a reasonable price. It was a good experience and I would deal with Moyer Ford again.
Easy sale - RTurner
Bought there before and the experience is still good. Easy to work with and made sure that I was happy with the deal. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance.

Great service, Great people, Great cars - Brilstern
I bought by 2016 Fusion with Lynn Layton, and I haven't had a better experience. It took me only a few hours (5th car purchase and the last 4 were over 4 hours elsewhere) and they explained every step of the way. Even finance and the managers were super helpful and made sure I got a great deal. If you want a Ford in the Huntsville greater area, shop Lynn Layton!
Best experience! - nowthatimetu
Best experience with buying a car twice in 3 months! Bought a car in September and had a wonderful experience. Quick easy. Husband wrecked new vehicle so we went back to get the same car and we located one nearby to get transferred to us. It fell through due to the other dealership in D'iberville who lied to us etc. (whole other review for those folks!). Anyhow same day, Chris Farber and the team at Sandy Sansing found me a better vehicle and made it happen! I am sooo happy! Ralph in finance dept is amazing. Straightforward and true people all around. Was driving home the same day my original deal was messed up and in a better car! Had balloons 🎈 on my new car when I got there and we released them upon leaving... Was an experience versus a chore. Great Job to all there. Chris Farber went above and beyond ! Thank you!
The salseman was helpfull not pushy and very personable. - JMPENNINGTON
When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!
Was told $1000 for parts and labor for an $80 job. - TWRobinson
I was having a starter issue with my vehicle. Had it towed to Townsend ford to be checked. Was told the problem was my fuel pump and with parts, labor and tow would be approximately $1000. I told them not to touch my car. I had it towed to a different shop. The problem WAS a starter problem and caused $80 to fix. That mechanic told me that Townsend was attempting to rip me off. I met with the owner to complain. He admitted that his shop uses machines to diagnose problems and his mechanic may have been "motivated by greed" after seeing a big ticket item. He did offer to refund my tow bill and money for the wrong diagnoses. I took it. I also reported him to the BBB and State Attorney General's Office. Amazingly, every time I write a bad review, it disappears. When it does, I'll just write another one. Please don't take your car here.
Service of my F250 super duty. - Andrewl813
I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.
Awful experience - Dawn Bates
We waited an hour for someone to help us. Then when someone finally came out to talk to us we were told they do not negotiate process at all even for cash money. So we went somewhere else and spent even more than we werected going to spend. That's what happenshe when you provide crappy customer service. I will never be back and will never ever recommend.
Very Disappointed. - Sherrie
Jeep giving all kinds of codes, then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
Great customer service - jw
I have been going here for 10 years. The staff has been pretty much the same people. Very little turnover which says a lot. I usually work with Scott but everyone else there is nice as well. They may not always know exactly what is wrong with my car or have an answer that I like but they are always respectful. They always take time to explain what is going on and what we need to do or not do.
Bad business - Abril47
My mom bought a bdlrand new car in 2013 and it's been givin her problems since well in may the headgasket blew and when I got it out the shop I took it to get my oil changed and from arrival I was told I had a oil leak and now they givin me a hard time anybody know any suggestions to resolving my concern please help!!
Never again!! - Louis Carson
Bought a new 2016 Ford Fusion. Not once did I ever get call thanking us for buying a car from them. We have not gotten any offers for us doing our service work their as well. Stay!! We feel once the sale is made they don't really care if they see you again.
Very Unprofessional - Cargirl
There were two salesmen outside today and not one person asked to assist me. I walked around for about 15 minutes and they both watched me as I looked around. I was looking to buy a car today but they've lost my service. I would never recommend anyone to come here.
Great people - hsstewart
I have had several issues with my 2016 F-150 since I got it. It has been in the shop 5 times in 9700 miles and I am disappointed but I understand every now and then a lemon can happen. I can tell you that the staff up front in the service department are extremely nice and really try to help you out as much as possible. I could not have been more impressed by Aaron Stevens the Technician that handle my truck. He took the time to test drive the truck with me and help me understand the issues that were going on with it. He is top notch and I appreciate him taking the extra time with me.
Dreamcar2011 - Dodgegirl15
I purchased a vehicle from here September 19,2015. I had spoken with a sales rep Jackie Banks. For hours throughout that day which was a Friday he called me to varify information an for me to email and fax him everything that he needed. Upon my arrival after work NOTHING was together, I waited almost 2 hours to see the car in question. It was close to 9pm before I left an still no paperwork was done. I had agreed to get the car I looked at an they allowed me to test drive it home an bring it back the very next day at my appointed time. Once I arrived it took almost an hour for him to see me. The finance manager must have thought that by me being a woman I was completely ignorant and tried to give me extremely high interest rates! I did my homework prior to contacting them about the car in question an had visited other dealerships. It was literally a flat out war between us an when my fiancé would jump in with his opinion the finance manager would rudely interrupt him an say that his name wouldn't be on the car so it needed to be only me speaking with him. HOW RUDE! So I got the car anyway, 2011 Dodge nitro. It has now been a year since I purchased it an we have replaced the alternator, a starter, a hose, timing belt, radiator an now have to get a flywheel!!! I have never had to do so much to a car in one year!!! The service here sucks, you can't even get anyone on the line in the service department. Now I'm looking for a great mechanic to fix my car because I refuse to continue to try getting in touch with Strivers to fix it. I love my car but for a car with less than 75k miles it should not have this much trouble!!!!
Service dept is ridiculous - Ford Explorer
Service department is horrible! I started having transmission problems when my Explorer had around 17,000 miles. Over the span of a year, I took my car in for service 4 times. The first 2 times they could find NOTHING wrong with my transmission, even though every time I drove it, the issue was there. On the third visit, they miraculously found "something" and supposedly fixed it. Two days later, same problems. Tried to schedule an appointment for 2 months (from Oct.-Dec.) every time I checked they were super busy and advised that I should wait. Finally got an appt. for Jan. Get to the department to drop car off and they don't even have my appointment down. As I am waiting for a ride to pick me up, assistant service manager comes out and tells me ALL their technicians have resigned and they will not be able to service my car. UGH!!! I decide to call and make an appt. at Opelika Ford. They get me in that minute, call me back an hour after I drop my car off and tell me I need a new transmission. No kidding?! They ordered my transmission and my car should be ready in a few days. Now, why couldn't AutoNation in Auburn figure this out? So frustrating. I will say, Ryan at the service desk in Auburn has always been kind, but that's the only plus from this service department and the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this Ford Dealership
Poor service priorities. - Frankford
I've taken my 2013 Ford Taurus SEL to this dealership for service three times and two of those times after getting the car back, about 3 to 4 days later after a tire rotation, the "Low Tire Pressure" warning came on. Why do they not check the air pressure in all four tires as a matter of routine? Do they not know how hard it is to find a service station with a tire inflator?
After this last oil and filter change the "Change Oil Required" warning comes on every time I start the car. Should they have reset this? This is aggravating as xxxx. I have searched the internet for an email address for this dealer and can't find one.
Worst Customer Service EVER! - MustangSally
Had an appointment scheduled for 10a. Arrived 15 minutes early to be "greeted" by a rude service advisor who questioned what I needed and who made the appointment. Which doesn't matter and was told it would be almost 2 hours before they even touch it. He was discouraging me from staying. I went in to let the service cashier know to cancel my upcoming service for a different Appointment. She too was very rude and was demanding to know who scheduled the appointment. I had to ask her if that was not something she could look up. I said forget it I'll just never come back here. She got a smile on her face and said oh sorry. Well you watched all my money and everyone I knows money walk right out the door. Now that's something to smile about.
