I bought a Nissan versa last month, not only did I have great service from the team but Gary (salesman) knew why my radio wasn’t working right and helped fix the problem right away. If I ever need another new car I will be coming to Nissan of Gadsden.

After shopping for some time I found Bondy's Nissan Dothan. There was no hard sell. No hidden prices. I needed to be at a certain pricepoint. There was no problem. My salesman Mr. Thompson was awesome. He was very attentive and worked to get exactly what I wanted. Duncan in finance got the best coverage for me. Mr Bass, a manager was also personable and glad to help. Of course it helped that Cory Harpe , with close Abbeville connections , is in the service department. I felt very comfortable making this purchase. I look forward to doing business here.

About the delay in posting this review. I had to drive the car a few days to be sure the problem was corrected. All is good. Car hasn't 'not started' in over a week. I think I am good. Problem solved and price was fair. Thanks Shane and crew.

We wanted to trade in our 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. We did not care for the dealership in Chattanooga. I called Team One and we drove to Albertville Alabama and met with Ron, the Sales Manager and he sold us our new 2025 Nissan Murano SL. What a great experience. Ron was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very welcomed. This is probably one of the top 3 dealerships I have visited in my 78 years! What a pleasant surprise!

I am so grateful that Mitchell Nissan and all the people involved there are in my life! I'm not young. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship! I chose Benton Nissan of Hoover expecting professionalism and accountability. While the vehicle purchase itself was smooth, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. I was charged a $117 Georgia tag late fee due to delayed submission of dealership paperwork. The Georgia tag office confirmed the delay was not caused by me. Despite multiple polite follow-ups requesting reimbursement or guidance, I received no response from my assigned representative. Communication and accountability after the sale are critical, and unfortunately, that’s where the experience fell short. I hope dealership leadership or corporate customer service will review this matter and assist in resolving it promptly.

She was so helpful and so kind you felt like you were sitting in her living room with her. Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Check out OMVIC for dealership regulations.

I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint. My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick. It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
