Mitchell CDJR sets the standard for customer service. 1100 miles from home, Check Engine light comes on in our 2020 Ram and noticeable engine issues. Contacted Mitchell CDJR, Wesley Roberson, Service Advisor, instructs us to bring it in and they will investigate. This was after another dealership, informed us that they could look at it in a month. After review Wes had to deliver the bad news that there was a catastrophic engine failure. Dave Marshall, Service Manager assured us that they would do everything possible to expedite delivery of parts, and required shop time to get us back on the road. Additionally, he committed to a timeline that would keep us from returning home to the northeast while waiting for repairs. We contacted a national car rental agency and learned they had no cars available. Dave assured us they would help, and connected us with Jessica Mcguffin, Customer Coordinator. She arranged a weekly rental, and drove us to Mitchell Nissan to pick up the car. The rental was a 2024, reasonably priced and very easy on gas. Upon return Dave provided a loaner, while Tech Mike Ray finalized the major repairs. Once complete we were assured that driving the 1100 miles home would be fine. Most of those miles were on interstate, there were, and have been, no issues. I realize that this is a lengthy review, but this team needed to be recognized for their natural customer service and actions.

What amazed me the most is they call you within a few days to ask you how you are liking your vehicle and dislikes,,even asked if I wanted to trade and find the one I did like! I went from a Jeep Grand Cherokee to a smaller vehicle, this was my idea and it got some getting used to,,Zach heard the hesitation in my voice over the phone,,told me to come back in! I am now 30 days in, and I love my new Kicks today,,also had a minor recall in first week, nothing serious and they handled it immediately! UPDATE!!!!! Today I was contacted by the sales manager at Basswood Dodge here in Ft. Payne, AL. He was great. He offered me an apology for the way I was treated and 100% made it right in my mind. He personally guaranteed me that no one's car would leave the service department of Basswood Dodge with greasy hand prints all over it. I have to say, I sure appreciate the folks at Basswood going out of their way today to provide superior customer service. I'd have no problem buying or servicing a vehicle there in the future. Thanks Basswood Dodge!! Stay away!!!!!!! I have a very nice 2022 Dodge Challenger. She's a beautiful car and I go to great lengths to keep it that way, to include monthly professional detailing and keeping her garaged. I went to Basswood Dodge in FT. Payne, AL for an oil change and tire rotation. When I paid and got my car I didn't notice the massive amounts of greasy hand prints all over it, but when I did I went back and talked to the service manager. He didn't care one bit. He asked me if I wanted it wiped off with a rag. Seriously. Zero customer service. I have no confidence that this place even serviced my vehicle correctly and definitely will not take her back. Common courtesy, gone. Civility, gone. Customer service, zero. My business and the business of folks I know, definitely gone. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Don't take your vehicle here, they're dishonest and uncaring. Definitely don't deserve your money. Stay away!

High-class operation with a hometown feel. I’ve had a couple of recall issues over the years. The attention, efficiency, and communication were great. The free, multi-point inspection was welcome, and Service Advisor Lori was wonderful: no pressure at all to agree to the resulting recommendations. (Even so, the quoted price to replace my air filter, for example, was the same as if I bought and installed the thing myself!)
