Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget.

This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time. The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.

I would like to see a better communication between the company scheduling basic maintenance jobs like oil changes. They told me my appointment for an oil change would take 1 hour or less on an express appointment. When I showed up, the service advisor said it would be at least two hours. He said there is no express appointments. It was completed in roughly an hour and a half. I'm okay with the time it took. Just need to get both parties on board with each other.

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! We have been bringing our 2019 Jeep Cherokee to Moore for all services ever since we bought it new here. Our service advisor is Jake and he is fantastic. He explains everything and helps us keep track of the timeline for services. It is easy to get an appointment and the service department is very good at estimating the timeline it will take for them to finish the work. We get a video showing us how the vehicle looks and what needs to be done. We highly recommend Jake and the service department at Moore.

Went in for regular service on my PriusV and came out with a new RAV4 hybrid. I had been thinking about a new car so I decided to check out their stock and they ended up having the exact car I wanted with the features and color I was looking for. The price was in my range and all of the staff at the dealership were top notch so I went ahead with the trade. Working with "Hoov" to make the car purchase was easy and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. There was no pressure and the buying experience was genuinely enjoyable.
