One positive review just isn’t enough. I stopped by Superstition Springs Lexus Service thinking I needed a whole new key—turns out, it was just a dead battery (rookie mistake!). I was expecting to pay for a replacement or reprogramming, but Bernice in the service department not only swapped out the battery for free, she also came outside with me to make sure the key worked and the car responded properly. That kind of service is rare—friendly, helpful, and truly above and beyond. I’ve owned other cars and visited other dealerships, and nothing compares to the level of care and professionalism Lexus provides. I’m incredibly grateful for the team at Superstition Springs, especially Bernice. She reminded me why I’m proud to be a Lexus owner. Thank you for your kindness and outstanding customer service!

In this day and age of lackluster service, the wifey and I were thrilled with San Tan Hyundai’s service department, especially Service Advisor Brandon Brundridge! Brandon was friendly, courteous and did not try to upsell us. Brandon took the time to show us their spacious, comfortable waiting room, and pointed out the coffeemaker, snacks and water (rather than just tell us about it). Our oil change and inspection were done in no time, at which point Brandon took us to it and even opened the door (most places just hand you the keys and point to it). Way to go San Tan and Brandon!!

He is thorough, caring and meticulous about his customer service and ensures the work done is of superior quality. I feel confident when I leave there my car is safe and any and all issues have been addressed. I am equally pleased with Arrowhead Honda. Their facility is immaculate and extremely comfortable. There is ample waiting room filled with lots of amenities. Not only are there seating areas, but tables that have outlets and make doing whatever you need to do easy so that you can make constructive use of any wait time if you decide to wait. They do provide a shuttle service if you desire. Raquel always ensures with follow up that your service experience was met with excellence. It is evident that customer service is the top priority at Arrowhead Honda. They are honest and ethical and a testament to what I expect from a car dealership and they always exceed my expectations.
