Paul Fernandez was a great deal of help to us in buying a Kia Carnival. Not many of these vehicles produced so far and this one happened to be close to us at a VW dealer. Didn’t matter that it’s not his specialty, he knew the vehicle top to bottom and helped us learn all the features. He made our deal happen in under 3 hours financing and all. Immediate responses and well done video/photo documentation to help us feel comfortable to travel and get it. Kept his cool through a major hiccup where we were accidentally told the vehicle was sold and were quite upset. Paul was apologetic and assured us we would still get our beautiful car!
