I bought a 2025 GV80 prestige from Galpin. It is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever purchased. My sales associate Eric Felder is the ultimate professional. He had me drive several different models before I decided on the GV80. I’ve had the car for three months and the more I drive it the more I love it. I appreciate the time that Eric Felder took to explain all the features of the car and impressed that he picks up the phone whenever I call with additional questions regarding the vehicle.

I originally left a 5 star review for Genesis of Corona after purchasing my vehicle but I am deleting that review to leave this one. I come from a Mercedes family and recently switched to Genesis believing I would be a customer for life. Unfortunately that will not be the case due to my experience with Mayra Trujillo the Service Manager. Service had been exceptional until recently when I was informed that I could no longer use valet service because my windshield is tinted citing California law. That part is completely understandable. What is not understandable is the lack of consistency in how this rule is applied. When I asked Mayra whether valet service was also being denied to customers with tinted front windows which are also illegal in California I was told that enforcement varies by customer. At the time I purchased the vehicle there was never any mention that valet service could be denied for this reason nor is this disclosed anywhere on their website. I run multiple businesses and valet service was a key feature and one of the main reasons I chose Genesis and left Mercedes. This response and approach give the clear impression of favoritism bias and selective enforcement. Customers should be treated equally not singled out. I have filed a formal complaint with Genesis USA and once my lease is complete I will no longer be returning to Genesis. What could have been a lifelong relationship with the brand has unfortunately ended because of this experience.

Absolutely terrible service - kept my GV70 for 1 month and returned claiming fixed. It wasn’t. Called for a week no response from service manager Elizabeth. I walked over there to drop. After 1 week some part ordered. 1 week planned delay and 1 week tech schedule later Lawrence Lu says that wrong part was ordered- in 2 months in service - completely dishonest about the status, highly unresponsive. Finally, I have given hope and am going through repurchase. It may not be vehicle rather careless and incompetent service guys ruining it.

Unprofessional and Disappointing Service: My recent visit to Glendale Genesis for a service appointment was extremely disappointing. It took over a month to schedule, and when I arrived, there was no dedicated parking for service vehicles. Customers had to wait on a non-parking side street with no signs for the service entrance. The waiting area was small, with outdated and dirty chairs. Service technicians were unresponsive and unprofessional. Despite scheduling in advance, I waited two hours without any update on my car, which remained untouched for most of the day. The customer service representative was indifferent and uninformed about my car’s status. After picking up my car, I found several scratches on the bumper. Despite reporting this immediately and following up three times in a week, I received no response. Their customer service is a joke. Listening to their recorded message about outstanding service, especially under new management, was frustrating. This experience was a stark contrast to those claims. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Glendale Genesis. If Genesis wants to be seen as a premier brand, they must address these serious issues.

Came to Tuttle-Click Genesis to look at the GV70 as I'm in the market for a new car (by the end of the week) sales person didn't want to sell me or anything he just said "u can't test drive it as you need to do a credit check and our customers dont test drive they just know what they want". Really ? I was a serious buyer and explained it to the sales person but apparently he judges by his own cafeterias of who is going to buy something or not

Subject: Disappointing Lease Experience at La Quinta Genesis/Hyundai I am writing to share my extremely negative experience with La Quinta Genesis/Hyundai. I was in the market for a Genesis GV70, drawn in by the national lease advertisement of $599/month for the preferred larger engine and 10K annual mileage. After test driving the vehicle elsewhere, I located four identical models with similar options and MSRP at various dealerships, all quoting lease prices around $620-$630/month with some added features. La Quinta Genesis/Hyundai had the exact same vehicle in my preferred white exterior. I visited on Saturday and spoke with Abel in Sales, leaving my contact information for a lease quote. When I didn't receive a call, I followed up on Sunday and spoke with Jesus, who promised a quote after speaking with his manager. Later that day, Jesus texted me an exorbitant quote of $892/month. When I called to explain the significantly lower quotes I had received from other dealerships for the same vehicle and offered to sign immediately if they matched, Jesus rudely dismissed me, stating, "sounds like you got a great deal, goodbye," and hung up. I was shocked by the salesperson's rudeness and the dealership's unwillingness to even discuss, especially given their dramatically higher price compared to other dealers. Consequently, I purchased my GV70 from another dealership later the same day and have shared my negative experience with La Quinta Genesis/Hyundai with everyone that I know.

Never knew who DGDG was. We were looking for a G70. Stevens Creek had one of each color/pkg combo that we wanted. The dealership is 43 miles away from us. Reached out to them, spoke with Bobby(nice guy), while making arrangements to come, Bobby had an emergency and Ashley reached out to us to let us know that she would be happy to help us. The fact that Bobby had taken the time to pass along my info despite his emergency, that was cool that they would go to that level of commitment and follow-up. We traveled to the dealership on Saturday. Ashley was very nice, not pushy, kind of like a concierge instead of a salesperson, waiting to provide to us whatever we asked for and nothing we didn’t which was refreshing. The dealership was busy. After meeting Ashely, providing our info, we were off to test-drive. After the test-drive, we started talking pricing. Without asking, they already started below MSRP. They explained every detail. I even received a $400 new grad credit (pending proof). We came completely unprepared to purchase as we were not expecting the positive vibes. We said we would return the following day to buy the car if they would hold the deal. The sales manager, Mike, offered to hold the deal/car. I offered a deposit, but he just gestured politely and said it wasn’t necessary. Ashley was offering to come in at 9am to meet with us (the dealership doesn’t open until 10am) even though her shift wasn’t until 11:30am. So she’d work extra hours just to be there for us. That’s customer service right there and she doesn’t even work on commission(found that out later). We arrived Sunday and Ashley was there and ready. The deal was still valid. The car was there, saved. We moved forward with the process. Next, we were with Mark from finance. Completely patient with us. We had some requests on pricing for protection related items (warranty/maintenance) which were met. We also bought the Genesis GPP warranty/maintenance. My wife and son went to look over the vehicle, found marks. Mike/Ashley were out there, Mark escorted me out to the detailing bay to join my family and the detail crew to investigate. After going out, turned out the marks were not scratches. It was glue residue from the new car protective wrap. The lines were so fine, looked like scratches. We over-reacted and panicked. The gentlemen in the detail bay went to work. In the end, one small chip on the plastic skirt and one other issue. The dealership asked us, how can they make it right. My son, his car, said he would appreciate the body shop option. Without hesitation, they agreed, said they would setup the arrangements and provide a loaner vehicle. When the car detailing was complete, my wife and son both went out and were AMAZED by the detail job the crew did. It was phenomenal. We didn’t feel like we were sold something less than acceptable. Even Mark told us, if you see anything tomorrow, let us know and we’ll take care of it. The dealership tends to get warm inside, so dress in layers for comfort. It’s clean, well lit. Nice people who bendover backwards for you to earn your business(without commission), good prices/good deals. Bottom line. My son had a big ol’ grin on his face, loves the car. The family loves his choice. All around, a good experience we were pleasantly surprised to find. I say surprised because we had no experience with DGDG. Our experience with a local Genesis dealership wasn’t great. Bobby, Ashley, Mike, Mark, and the awesome gentlemen in detail – thank you for a great weekend, great car, great experience and thank you for your patience with us. Final note. Our time on Sunday to buy the car, took just over 5 hours, so allow yourself time in case they are busy, but you won’t be disappointed with the amount of time when you drive off with a good deal.
