Our 2017 Tacoma has been basically trouble free for 8 years because the service department has given us updates and provided excellent service when the required services are due. The service, sales and parts departments are simply fantastic! We highly recommend Toyota of Riverside to everyone who needs a new or pre-owned automobile.

Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay Ford and I also got a maintenance contract with them about six months later I moved out of Santa Cruz to Brentwood but I still kept coming to North Bay for my service because they're service department was great and it was worth the time and drive to have only North Bay work on my car. Well about six months ago it seemed that the service I was receiving had changed and I was looking at moving to another dealership, that's when I met Mike (MC) and I explained my dissatisfaction in the service and recalls on my car and he said that he would get my issues resolved and I have to say he more than lived up to hie word. Mike took care of the service on my car in scheduling, parts, on time completion, overall professionalism with a friendly and helpful demeaner. Mike really took care of my car in regards to a recall on the doors and I am beyond impressed and thankful for Mike being the one that took care of my needs, I have to admit I probably wasn't the nicest person to deal with at the time he started taking care of my needs in regards to my car, however Mike changed my mind about changing dealerships I am happily going to keep bringing my car to North Bay Ford because I know that Mike and the rest of North Bay Ford have my best interests in mind. I started going to hyundai autonation carlsbad because hyundai escondido is the worst possible service I have ever encountered. Although its very small, their customer service is considered to be exceptional. I had an opportunity to work with Madisen and she did an amazing job providing the best possible customer service. We had some hiccups along the way. I came in for an oil change and found out that my hyundai santa cruz needs an oil pan reseal. It will take longer than expected. Hyundai will provide lyft or uber within 10 or 15 miles. My address is more than that. They have provided me with a rental car without me asking. I also, left my house keys and she waited for me. Madisen, you are one of a kind. As I said before, I cannot thank you enough. You have provided the best possible service I can imagine.

The service department at Stevens Creek is absolutely wonderful. They recently repaired my Corolla Cross, which had an issue due to faulty service at a different dealership. Everyone at Stevens Creek was professional and helpful, they communicated with me at every step and they ensured that the other dealership covered the costs of the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make a difficult situation better. I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. I was Service Director at a Ford Dlrship in KC for 6yrs. Thank you HB Ford, and most of all......Thank YOU, Carson !!! Steve Longman

We do Amazon deliveries and have more than 30 vans in our fleet. We used to service our vans at Valencia Ford. It has been more than a year we have been servicing our vehicles at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood. It is all because of a great service advisor Marvin (I believe his last name is Reyes). After a few visits, we realized that Marvin was different than any other service advisors we have dealed with. Marvin understands our needs. He understands how important fast service is for us, as we can't have vehicles out on service for long time. Marvin is always available for us and sometimes just a phone call away. Marvin has taken customer service to the next level as he always finds ways to say YES to us. If I don't exaggerate, we call Marvin at least twice a week for some kind of vehicle service. If he is not available, he will return our calls asap, set up appointment and take care of all vehicle needs. I'm sure Marvin is a great asset for your company and we are grateful to him and his team!

I had a battery problem 18 months ago and my Ram Limited had to be towed in as the trucks gets popping sounds and a light show on the dashboard.. Original I paid a fortune for the diagnostics and $250 for a Battery. I had to fight to get the diagnostic $ back of which I did. I asked Jim to do the battery check first as the last time was same situation. So I was actually surprised that my truck was ready and washed. Thank you Jim !
