High marks for the service department. I have gone here for years and have had good experiences. Just had regular maintenace completed with Cory and it was a great experience. He fully reviewed the needed services and gave options. Also discussed hatch parts needed and got them ordered and a return appt. made for that repair. You can enjoy a free coffee in the cafe if you wait while the service is done. They have a nice lounge area to wait.

Ambrosio Rodriguez assisted me with my recent problem with the front axle. He was diligent and appraised the issue I was having and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Ambrosio scheduled my return for both the seat belt recall issue and to repair/replace the front axle. He also described how detailing would remove the water/mineral spots on the exterior. Excellent suggestion! I am so pleased with the results I got at Spreen Honda and now my car looks like new! Ambrosio always listened carefully as I explained my concerns and offered excellent advice. He has an extensive knowledge of the autos and answered any questions I asked with clarity. Ambrosio was very friendly and professional, always with a smile. He made my Spreen Honda visits a pleasure and I look forward to seeing Ambrosio next time I have a problem with my CRV.

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!
