The car color I wanted for my new Atlas Cross Sport was not available here but was in Colorado Springs. Joe took it upon himself to drive down there and drive my new car up to me. They are straight-shooters and I felt totally at ease during the whole process. I’ve leased 3 VWs now and have been impressed with all of the vehicles. But, I’ll definitely be heading back to Emich and Aaron and Steve for all of my future VW purchases because they were just so helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

Had some trouble getting some decent help from this location as soon as it was time to bring in the leased vehicle. Lots of back and forth phone calls with no new information each time, just all the things they could not do for us. Finally finished the lease buy out process. Appointment to sign paperwork was at 9:30am on July 4th, a holiday. When we showed up, the employee we had scheduled with was not even there, nobody knew we were coming and no paperwork had been put together. I was pretty livid, had some loud words to share and the manager was very rude. We left, bought a new car at Larry H. Miller on Colfax. Go there instead, saving you a serious headache.
