The service department at Infinity of the Palm Beaches is professional, capable and honest. I rarely write reviews, but I sincerely hope others benefit from this rare finding. I happily drive 30 mins plus to their shop, despite having so many other options much closer. This week Jennifer managed my appointment, she was thorough in the research before recommending the plan of action, then she was friendly and accessible during the explanation. This is an approach to treating customers that is consistent in every visit. Clearly, this dealer and shop are looking to make customers stick for a long time. They earned my business and my recommendation. Great job!

We came in to service our 2012 Infiniti, where we met Leo, a salesperson. He was excellent to work with, and helped my wife and I purchase a beautiful QX50 sport. The managers, Cullen and Dylan were also very easy to work with. Overall, it was a great experience and hassle free. Luxon the Finance Manager also was very easy to work with. We are so excited with our new QX50!
