Recently, (as in, within the past week), I took one of my daughters to this car dealership to look at a used car, her first. We paid Orlando Infiniti a first time visit. We found the business is kept clean and orderly. The vehicles on the lot are well maintained. The showrooms and customer areas are clean, comfortable and spacious. A very good presentation is achieved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We discovered that we were working with professionals who care about their reputations and providing great customer service. For instance, they remained past closing hours while my daughter and I examined a pre-owned car. Mr. G. Srbljan, the Sales Consultant, was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Mr. S. Graham, the Sales Manager, was forthright, honest and has a great sense of humor. His approach to negotiating a sale is stress-free. He made my daughter and her parents very comfortable in what is an otherwise high anxiety circumstance, buying a car. Purchasing a vehicle from this establishment was easy as from beginning to end, it felt like we were working with and not against the staff in trying to come to a mutually agreeable point of sale.
