I can’t say enough about this dealership we went to a take five and had our oil change because our oil light came on along with change the fuel filter and the gentleman there told us that the bracket on the fuel filter was gonna break if he took it off so we needed somebody else to change it, went straight to the Ford Dealer in Inverness, on a Saturday there’s no way we thought we’d get in, low and behold The manager was there he got a and the person that worked on the truck. His name is Matthew. He was wonderful too, came right over and looked at it to see what the issue was said yes no problem. He could do it. There wasn’t an issue with it and thank heavens he was there to help us because the other guy told us we only had one fuel filter when in fact, we had two, on a Saturday again with no appointment you know you just really don’t get service this good nowadays so we’re so thankful for them. We had to get it done today because we’re leaving Tuesday. Headed to Texas, we’re full time RV’s.

People tell me not to have my service done at the dealership because it will cost you more. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Subaru of Fort Myers. They are kind, consistent, professional and I know I’m getting work done by people who really know Subarus. In addition, I think their customer service is excellent. Let me tell you about my experience today with Jason. I went in to drop off my car to have a tire repaired or replaced. I wasn’t sure which but I got a flat tire the night before. I went online and booked my appointment easily. I got there and Jason said he thought it would need to be repaired but said he’d have someone look at it and if it needed to be replaced he’d let me know the price before they did the work (which is their standard practice). Here’s the part I wasn’t thrilled with…40 minutes later I hadn’t heard anything so I asked Jason and he immediately to check on it. He said my car was next up and he would let me know as soon as he had more information. He could see that I was not pleased…usually I’m in and out within 60-90 minutes, but I had brought my laptop and I was getting plenty of work done. But I had a work call coming up (that I thought id be able to take from home but that wasn’t looking likely). Jason can over a little later to tell me that in fact I did need a new tire. He told me the price and then immediately said that he would only charge me 1/2 of that for the inconvenience they caused. I appreciated the gesture but on top of that he offered me a space where I could take my call from a cubicle in a small. office so that I didn’t have to do it from the service waiting area. To me, that’s stellar customer service. Apparently two technicians went home sick but Jason did not lead with that as any kind of excuse. This is why I will continue to have my cars serviced where I buy them…Subaru of Fort Myers.

I returned to the dealer shortly after providing some straightforward feedback about my first service experience, and I was pleased with the responses I got. Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer. I hope every interaction moving forward is as positive as this one. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new wrangler.

I have to say a great dealership, I love the separate booths where you can explain to your service tech the issues with your vehicle. lance my service tech was great, very understanding listen to my concerns and was honest with me about how long it was gonna take. I did like the waiting room was comfortable, but the charging station I have to say did not charge my phone but overall service was great and my truck runs fantastic.

We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Sarasota, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the truck to Gainesville Nissan. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff.

I just want to thank Elizabeth Tarr and all of the team @ Central Florida Lincoln for the excellent service they provided. I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destroying wires around my engine and Elizabeth got my vehicle in for repair the very next day and also put me in a beautiful loaner vehicle whike my vehicle was worked on. She also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to insure a timely reimbursement of repair my repair costs and it was all smoothly done.
