in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted (the XC60 Recharge with the
Bowers & Wilkins sound system was a non-negotiable for me), and Gio
didn't try to push me towards something else. Instead, she focused on

The delivery process was also very thoughtful. The car was meticulously
detailed, and Gio spent a good hour with me going over all the
infotainment features, setting up my Volvo ID, and explaining the Volvo
On Call app. It’s the little things, like her making sure my phone was
paired and that I understood how to use the adaptive cruise control,
that really made a difference.
The only minor point I'd mention, and it's truly minor, is that parking
on a busy Saturday afternoon can be a little tight, but the staff was
quick to direct me to an available spot.
Overall, I highly recommend Volvo Cars North Miami. Their commitment to
customer service, knowledgeable staff, and transparent process made
buying my new car a genuinely pleasant experience. I'm already looking
forward to my first service appointment, confident that I'll receive the
