I have concerns about bringing my truck in twice because the problem wasn’t solved initially. Having it towed twice, caused an extra expense. Also, I would have made different choices about what I chose to have repaired at the outset. I feel that the initial diagnosis of the truck was not throughly done. Overall, I’m not unhappy with the performance of the vehicle at this time. Also, I feel that Tessa McBride did the best job she could with the information given to her at the time.

Just want to give a shout out to the EV tech who repaired my 2023 Chevy Bolt. (I never met him and I apologize for not asking his name) It took a long time to get it back but GM had to approve the extensive parts and repairs. I have had it back for almost two weeks now and it is running fine with no warning lights having come on. I appreciate the job he did. It was all under warranty including the loaner vehicle.
