As always service advisor Jonny was great,,Service was very efficient and quick.Jonny welcomed me to the coffee room and after serving gave me advice on some things that needed attention and provided an estimate.Also enjoyed checking out the showroom and other vehicles around.I’ve always brought my F-150 to Jim Tidwell and they always had taken care of any issues and fixed them right the first time.While waiting to check in I noticed a lady service advisor was working pretty hard helping out a young man who was going to spend a couple of thousand on the repairs and she was checking out everything and managed to get him some money saved as he was extremely thankful to her for her help.Highly recommend that you get your vehicle service at Jim Tidwell Ford.

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.
