I was in the market for a used vehicle and had specific criteria that I was looking for as well as what I was willing to pay for the vehicle, in other words it also had to qualify as having a "Great Price" The dealership had some vehicles that met most of my criteria, but failed to meet the "Great Price" limit that I expected, The Sales person, Dante Bryant, kept me informed as to the progress, and he came to me with a vehicle that met my every expectation, and it was a great deal.
Everything was set up and we closed the deal a few days later. Awesome!

After a short visit to see the available vehicles and take a test drive, we hammered out the deal almost exclusively by phone and email, pre-arranging the financing as well. When Saturday came, the paperwork was all pre-set for signatures and taking delivery was quick and easy. The title work arrived at our local tag office in just a couple of weeks. The entire sales experience was friendly and relaxed, even fun.

I took my car to them because the car would not excelerate when I mashed on the gas and the air conditioner was not working. I took my car in on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. They called me after they looked the car over (2001 sante fe) and told me the engine probably needed a sensor and brushes for the ac. Friday I get a call from the Service dept manager saying that the condensor was bad and it turned out not to be the brushes and he then quoted me a higher price. He told me parts for ac had to ordered. The the next week I got a call and I was told that it was not the sensor for the engine and that it was the catalitic converter and again it had to ordered and again the price went up a lot. The next week comes and the service manager calls and said that he would take a 100 dollars off my bill at my request and he would send the car out to another shop because the other shop could do the catalitic converter cheaper. In the middle of the second week it was now two weeks that they had my car. I got my car back and the gas tank was completely on empty. I drove accross the stree to fill up on gas and when I was leaving the gas station I turned the ac on and it worked poorly and I drove another two miles and it did not work. I returned to the dealership and he said the part must be faulty and told me to return with the car Monday morning and I could wait while they fixed it. I also complained that they gave me back my car on completely empty and I had origionally left the car with them with a quarter of a tank. They replaced the faulty part they had put on the air conditioner. I pick up my car again and the ac came on and after driving for 15 minutes it decreased in how cold the air was. I again took it back and the repairman told me in front of the salesman I was talking and said it could be the evaporator and that would be an additional 4 hours of labor to fix that with also the cost additional. I had already paid over a $1000 dollars and I was over two weeks without my car. I brought my car to Hyundai because my car is a Hyundai. I could not believe what was happening and the head manager who I talked to Monday ( after the first wednesday that I initially brought my car in) because of how rude his head service manager had been to me told he would check into things and call me back, He never did, Over the next two weeks I left two messages and he never returned any of my calls. I have never had a car in the shop that long before and I am 67 years old. I have not gone back to them and I never will.
They did not send me a survey to complete. My son looked up this survey site for me and we both determined that they don't want negative reviews. The car salemens that was talking to me about buying a new hyundai admitted to me the service dept was not the best. He understood when I told hin that I would never buy a hyundai sante fe from that athens dealership. I will buy new 2017 from gwinnett ga dealership,

Appreciated the incentives and rebate. Though I think I could have been given a better interest rate since I have good credit rating. Other dealer in nearby town had lower interest rate but then I would have to drive to another town for service by the dealer.

Purchase of 2016 Santa Fe Sport Vehicle. - twosteps1958
I believe the price was good and applicable discounts allowed. Part of the deal was for the dealer to furnish and install a trailer hitch but the male insert that hold the hitch ball was not provided. For a time, the remote entry would not work, we could not set the clock and other electrical features were inoperable. When we returned to dealer it was discovered the fuse panel was not activated when dealer prep was performed.(at a cost of $599.00). We also had to remove the protective plastic beneath the floor mats which the dealer was supposed to do. At the final closing, the owner's manual, etc. and second ignition key was not released to us, even though requested but a telephone call later in the day informed us we could pick up both the following morning. This required a ninety mile roundtrip from home.
