Buying a car at Hyundai of Kennesaw was a breath of fresh air. Our wants and needs were listened to and their was no price haggling. We felt comfortable and did not feel like we were being taken advantage of during the entire process. We will definitely recommend and shop at Hyundai of Kennesaw again.

You know It's a great purchase and dealership when you go back a year and a half later to get the second Hyundai in the family. We'll be back!!
Amazing service - james.rexton
My experience with All Pro Hyundai was excellent (again!). This is the second vehicle I have purchased from All Pro, and I plan to return the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle. We drive an hour to work with them, passing other Hyundai dealerships on the way, because their service is exceptional. Mike and the rest of the team made sure we got just the vehicle we wanted at a price that was fair and met our budget. I would recommend anyone stop by All Pro Hyundai when you're searching for a new vehicle.

Bought a new Genesis G80. The People were friendly and professional. They gave us a great price compared to another dealer. Terrance (salesman) was very knowledgeable with The Genesis, usually, I know more about the car than the salesman.

Absolutely DISGUSTED!!! - Djb2282
So in the beginning of October I came in to see about trading in my vehicle for a new a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I had a negative equity of about $6,000 dollars and they were offering me a rebate of $2,000. I explained to the sale manager that I didn't want to put any money down considering I was doing a trade in. She understood and told me she would do every thing in her power to make this deal work. Prior to offering me a deal, she reviewed my credit and income, and also the payment history on my car that I am currently financing and told me that there should be no reason not to have this deal go through. She explained to me the she seen that "I have been paying off my current car for the past 18 months like clock work!" After that she left and asked to give her a few moments to try and contact a bank to make the deal.
After about and hour she came back with the conclusion that I needed to return tomorrow when the banks are open and she was sure everything would work out. I had given her explanation on my past experience across the street at Dodge at how they treated me. She explained that they weren't in the business of promising HIGH HOPES! So I left and returned the next day during my lunch to get updated with the decision from the bank. After assuring me this process would be quick and easy, and should be finished before I needed to return to work. I headed straight to the carwash to detail my car as advised by the Sales Manager to get the best value for my car. I ended up there for about 2 hours just for a decision that was no where near what she had promised me the day before. They offered me the car with the same rebate and also still wanted the car to be traded in that I am currently financing with an additional $3,000 down payment and a payment about twice as high as we discussed. I declined the offer and explained to them there was no option of me putting any money down nor having a payment of over $550. I left in such distress and couldn't believe the way I had been treated.
2 weeks passed and I received a call last Wednesday from their Finance Manager stating that she reviewed my file and was looking over the notes of what happened, and invited me back in for a 3rd visit. She stated there was a huge sale going on that the Head Of Marketing was down and wanted to meet me and assured I would not have to put any money down and that they could have me walking out with a new car that day. I was so excited and had been filled with joy when she had relayed this information to me. Immediately after I got off work I headed straight there. Prior to getting there I went to the carwash and detailed my car for the second time to be ready to drive away in my new car.
When I arrived I went straight to the Sales Manager that I had been working with and explained the message and information I was proved by the Finance Manager. She went and retrieved the individual and she did in fact assure the sales Manager of our conversation over the phone. As I waited in the cubicle for some information a new sales guy came and retrieved all the same information that I provided two weeks prior. We assessed my car and he went over everything with the Sales Manager I had been working with from day one. After about 2 hours the Sales Manager approached me and stated that she can work out a deal but they want to see a down payment of $1,500. Not only that I had to go from a 2017 Elantra to a 2016 Veloster. I was infuriated when I heard this. After calling me back in for a 3rd visit and told me there would be no need for a down payment, I get informed that they still are requiring one of $1,500 and I have to pick a whole different car. I couldn't believe that they continue to give me high hopes and wasting my personal time from work and all the gas money back in forth.
She explained to me to give her some more time and she would try to work something else out but it would have to be for the veloster. After about another 30 minutes she approached me with much better information. She explained to me that a bank has approved me and was willing to do it without a down payment and a monthly payment of $440. I was jumping for joy and couldn't be any happier. She explained that the bank requested for her to call her but it would have to be during business hours to discuss specifics. I agreed and said that would be fine. She asked me to come back tomorrow to finalize the deal and to leave with my new car.
Today I get a call from the same Sales Manager explaining the deal has changed yet again. She explained to me that the bank wants a $800 down payment and a monthly payment of $573. I broke down on the inside. My blood pressure rose and I stated getting light headed. I have been through too much stress and headache from this dealership and has caused slight anxiety and has had me distressed for two weeks. Not only that I had accepted the fact when they told me the first time 2 weeks ago about the $3,000 down payment that was needed and I had moved on. But to call me back offer me a deal that I couldn't resist just to get me back in the door and then slap me in the face with all new circumstances the day I was advised to come pick up my new car. Not only that I asked the Sales Manger, the Finance Manager, and also my new sales rep. if they were going to have to run all my credit and information again in order to do this. They all assured me that was not needed and they have all the same information on file. I will be keeping a close eye on my credit reports for any changes for new inquiries, and if so I will be filling a complaint with customer relations and filling a suit because I gave no authorization to do so. And to top it off I called to get corporate contact information from the Sales manager and she refused to do so. I took it upon my self to deliver a copy of this review and to obtain the contact information that I am entitled to for the corporate office and they still refused to do so. The General Sales Manager asked me to come into his office to speak to him. Keep in mind he admitted to me that he has only been there for a week and has already had 3 cases like this he has been dealing with and to have me coming in there pissed him off. he explained to me that they were trying to do their job and as soon as I stated the facts for the whole experience, and my intentions of making sure everyone on social media and any review outlet that had their name associated would know my experience. he immediately started yelling and using fowl language towards me and asked me to leave. very unprofessional and has no sense of integrity.
This entire experience has been dreadful and uncalled for. I have been pulled in every direction possible. Promised not to be treated like the last dealer and have been offered deals that keep changing after giving me exciting news about getting my new car. I do not recommend listening to the associates who work there and I recommend going to another Hyundai dealership prior to coming here. They seem sweet and reliable on the outside but when it comes to their money, everything is out the door. They have caused mental distraught, inconveniences for me and my job, money lost from work and anxiety from accepting the fact that I wasn't getting a car then pulling me back in just to put me back through the same swirl of distraught.

Loved this dealership and this was the first time dealing with it. Daysha was professional and a lot of fun to work with. She knew what I wanted from what I told her I had been looking at. I was actually working with the Ford dealership and liked how I was approached and the price of the car that I decided to get my car at Autonation Hyundai Albany. I am from Tifton.
The worst Ive ever seen! - repo33
I bought a brand new '15 Sonata. First off they tricked us into buying the extended warranty. Why? I thought all new Hyundai's have a 100K warranty? Anyway, $1300 for the warranty. Whatever. With 39K miles on it the car was under 3 or 4 recalls. They wanted the car brought to them, left for an indeterminate period of time, and would call when ready. I asked about a loaner and they said they dont offer that but I could rent a car on my own and try to be reimbursed for it. xxxx no! This car was bought July 10th 2015, on Dec 31st 2016 it was traded for a new Nissan Altima. The Hyundai had 39448 miles on it. I didnt have this car for even 2 years before it was a total piece of junk.
Now, we are trying to get refunded for the GAP ($895) and Extended Warranty ($1300). Terry Reid has received all paperwork, letters, and signatures needed to issue refunds. They will not take my call nor return phone calls. Its getting to the point where I will have to get a police report (anything over $500 in GA is a felony) and press charges for felony theft and fraud in order to get the refund that Im due.
PS - Not all GAP nor Extended Warranty will be refunded. Ok, the GAP was used for 39K miles so they are prorating for that, BUT the Extended Warranty never went into effect due to the miles being under 100K. I asked why is the Extended Warranty being prorated too. They said because the 100K mile manufacturer warranty DOES NOT COVER ELECTRONICS. WHAT??????? Total scammers at this place. Im sure most Hyundai dealers operate this way, they have to because they know their products are JUNK!
Sadly I will be contacting Bartow County Sheriff for a police report and will be pressing charges against Terry Reid Hyundai. Its the only way to get your money from these people.

The experience was good, no complaints. If you knew how much I hate filling out reviews you would not make me use 25 words, and be glad I did the review.
Good people nice service - lmw770
