The price was right. I got the newer version of the Rogue 2023 I traded. The salesperson Mr. Price was great and his selling point was on point. The finance department person Mr. Clarke was friendly and understood that I didn't want to increase my payments. He reviewed all the various packages available to me, and he wasn't upset I turned them all down. He kept it all real and moving.

I recently submitted a review on a vehicle I purchased here . The purchase was made 2 years ago . Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and totaled my Vehicle recently . Insurance , Extended warranties etc are great to have in situations such as mine . Once any incurred damages and losses have been covered , the unexpected question is . " where will I get money for another vehicle " ? I instantly called Nissan South and asked for Mr .Nails . I explained my situation to the teller and what it was I needed information about . After a brief hold , she explained that Mr. Nails was not available and would let him know about my situation . Mr. Nails returned my phone call later that day . ( " Are you ok " ) first words from him . I never mentioned year , make or model to the teller . To my surprise , after assuring I was well , " Lets forget about the 2020 Nissan Murano " insisting I come see him today . Regardless of what concerns I had or my fiance's on hand , Mr. Nails was sure I had coffee , refreshments and great customer service . Without fumbling on his words , once again , I drove away in a new truck . Taking into consideration that I have kids , he was sure my options included room for them . He also took time to insure any concerns regarding GAP or extended warranties on my previous vehicle were clearly explained . Such a wonderful and patient finance department . Kindness , honesty , consideration , hospitality , clean establishment etc is what we as customers expect . It can be scary to actually get it all at once . Mr .Nails thanks so much to you and your wonderful dedicated team .

John the service department manager made sure that I was accommodated in every way and I greatly appreciate it. Once again I have been BEYOND pleased with the service & friendliness of the staff (particularly Olie) here at Auto Nation Nissan; Marietta. My 2018 Armada recently had some issues with the rear suspension, and he went above and beyond for me! Olie ensured my vehicle repairs & replacements were under warranty, kept me up-to-date (almost daily), and made sure I had a loaner car to drive. I have always been a Nissan fan, but working with Olie and the service dept. at Auto Nation Nissan; Marietta, have made being a Nissan Owner that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Most of our dealing was over email and text with Bessie and she was on top of every issue and concern of ours and eventually brought us a deal with a reduction in the price and financing below our credit union. It took some time, but all big purchases do. They were very warm and welcoming and had free popcorn.

Walking into this place is like walking into a den of vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in spite of consumer protection laws against deceptive advertising. He claimed he knows the law but that's laughable especially since he tried to charge me a doc fee when the dealers website says that the doc fee was included in the sales price. He doesn't even know what is on their own website, so you expect me to believe you know consumer laws? I'm still shaking my head at this guy lol. Very unprofessional for a sales manager. Not only did they lose out on a new car sale but lost out on a future customer as well. I would stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Based on their reviews I should have as well.

I live in Spartanburg SC and purchased a 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport and I traded in my 2013 Lexus RX 350. William Watts assisted me with my purchase and trade in and I could not be happier. He was extremely professional and made sure all my many questions were answered which also made my multi hour drive to GA, well worth the trip. THANK YOU SO MUCH WILLIAM! Also sales manager Steve assisted me with a minor issue with the vehicle but in the end I feel like a very valued customer and will definitely recommend Nissan to my family and friends. We have been back now 4-5 times to get the vehicle cleaned, and always the same smiles, extraordinary service, same response! They meet me in the service area, and I ask if we can get the car washed. “Certainly”! They always say! “ have a seat and we will take care of it!
