Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services!
