The Service Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue we had is that when rotating the tires after the oil change, the mechanic forgot to correct the tire pressure which has happened in the past but that had nothing to do with the service representative as she was very accommodating.

My experience this time with Martin Chevrolet was exceptional. I brought in a car that ended up not showing the problem that caused it to be towed to another service provider last week. Martin Techs tried to replicate the problem but could not. There ended up being NO charge. There actually was no mechanical work done but it was very gracious of Martin Chevrolet to handle things that way

I took my 2008 Tahoe to Ray Chevrolet for a brake job on the front axle. I dropped off my vehicle at 7 am I was hoping to get it done by lunch time, but that didn't happen. Once I picked up the vehicle I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Later on that evening I heard noises coming from the front brakes, basically the same noise prior to the brake job. Needless to say that, I need to take my truck back to be evaluated.

I go to Advantage of Hodgkins strictly because of the service that Carolina provides. Carolina is the only advisor that I will see when having my vehicle serviced. She ensures that my vehicle is serviced properly, and as quickly as possible. I have numerous dealerships closer to my house, but I take the drive to Advantage because I know that I will receive the service experience that a customer should expect. She is very thorough in explaining the service that my vehicle needs, and never tries to push service that is unnecessary. I work in fleet management for a very large vehicle rental company, so I interact with contracted dealership service departments on a daily basis professionally. Never do I receive the professional treatment that Advantage of Hodgkins, specifically Carolina, provides.

First time at this dealership. Everyone was EXTREMELY friendly & approachable & communication with me was excellent. The only thing I was disappointed with was that my car wasn’t vacuumed out like the paperwork said but I wasn’t expecting. It would have upped the WOW factor if it had been done like the paperwork said.

My 1st appointment here went off pretty well. Carlos was informative and friendly. I liked the mechanics' video. Oil change and tire rotation took about average amount of time. 'Car looked very nice after it's wash, as well. I did get an evaluation that indicated a couple potential future concerns. If my time permitted and the pricing would've been more to my liking, I may have authorized the work at that time. Overall, I was pleased.
