Special thanks to Greg Janik- Service Dept for explaining coverage details on a recently renewed Zurich Windshield and Zurich Exterior and Interior plan. First coverage bought 2019 but wasn't aware of when exactly I should claim a re application which Gregg Janik explained with the new plan purchased. so appreciate the attention to detail and listening to the customer. Although I Grand Subaru is much further from another dealership closer to me, I choose to visit Grand Subaru because the service department l has been able to help me with my concerns. It's good to see more responsible team members on board as compared to my previous experience a few years back.

My transmission died in my 9 year old Outlander. I had purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty, and this is the first time I had to use it. With warranties I always get nervous the provider will find an out or there will be a high cost. Biggers identified the next day that the transmission was shot and filed a claim. They approved replacement of a rebuilt transmission at ZERO cost to me. They communicated the timeline for when the repair would be completed, provided a loaner, and made a stressful experience very positive. Highly recommend.
