I had a need for immediate service because my dashboard all lit up with everything shown as a problem and an info that said transmission so I called and got an immediate appointment. They gave me a car to use. They corrected the transmission problem which was still under warranty and also did my 60,000 mile check up which was just about time to do. I was done very promptly and courteously. I left the car on the late Saturday afternoon and it was ready Monday morning. I was very pleased with the experience, particularly the ability to get the car in immediately.

Took it to MotorWerks BMW of Barrington where I received first class service from Mick Harris, Service Advisor, who got a new part ordered straightaway. They did an excellent job of replacing the windshield in double-quick time. The car looks like new again. Thanks a lot Mick! Much appreciated.
