The staff in the service department are amazing. They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confident leaving your vehicle with them. They also seem genuinely happy to see you when you arrive, and in my case, they remember my name. Oh, and one of my favorite things (other than the staff) is that they wash my car every time they work on it.

I traded in my 2013 Pruis and purchased a used 2022 Pruis from Bill Walsh and Jake was our salesman. He was very nice, chill, and knowledgeable about the used car and helped us figure out the final decision (I was debating between new and used) and I can say I'm extremely happy with our decision. We've been using Bill Walsh Toyota for maintenance on the 2013 Pruis for years and will continue with this new one.

Brogan was super friendly and quickly understood what we were looking for and went into detail about car charging options and how we could work with our current setup. Was fun to work with. Timmy stayed and talked us through options and explained the final pricing in detail. Very comfortable and a great team.
