Okay, well first of all we live more than a hundred miles each way to the dealership. We've been shopping around for two vehicles one for each of our sons for about a week and a half now. I noticed that their dealership ( McHenry GMC ) had two vehicles that we were interested in available and they had them on sale so, I contacted them and I was put in touch with a gentleman by the name of Tony. From the start to finish Tony was very very helpful very professional and just took charge of all the things I wanted to know as soon as he could. We finalized a deal over the phone. We came in and took a look at the vehicles, everything was perfect just as Tony promised. I will definitely recommend this dealership ( McHenry GMC ) to friends and relatives in the future. The whole team there was outstanding, treated us very well and the dealership itself was very impressive as well. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are. Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service!
