My girlfriend and I were looking for our first car together. We had been sharing a Lincoln MKS and wanted to move into a more practical vehicle with a lesser payment. Ray Kinsch was great, showing us exactly what we wanted without trying to make a bigger sale. It was nice to deal with staff that cared about what we wanted rather than a salesmen that is out for personal gain. He was also great at helping us decide on a lease. it was something that we had never done and had no understanding of how it worked. Ray helped us break down finance and showed us the benefits of the lease over an outright purchase.
All in all 100% satisfied with my experience at Mike Anderson. We will be back!

Jim was great in helping me experience the Chevy Volt. I came in knowing all about the vehicle, and he allowed my dad and I to drive around while he researched all of our question. Upon returning he did a great job going through his research and offered some great incentives.
I was also allowed to test drive the vehicle for a few days, something I hadn't even dreamed of! It really allowed me to get a great feel for the car, including how I might personalize it and use it in day-to-day situations.
Unfortunately the car did not match my needs, but if the dealership had a used model without leather I would have bought it on the spot. It was a very relaxing and friendly experience at Expressway, I hope for a chance to visit them in the future.

So my wife and I happened to be in town at McCormick's Creek State Park/Canyon Inn for a wedding and I have been trying to track down a Some Like It Hot SS to look at the color prior to ordering mine. Of all places Valley Chevrolet just happened to have one. We stopped by and was greeted by Jack Wetnight. I gave him the disclaimer that I would not be ordering the vehicle from them since I live out of town in Illinois. Even with that he still was extremely gracious and spent the time to discuss the car and best of all he knew what he was talking about! its rare that i come across sales staff that actually know about the cars and trucks they sell. I did not have a chance to speak with anyone else there but it seems like a nice dealership. So if anyone has the ability to do business with Valley you should do show. Make sure work with Jack!

I purchased my first vehicle from Christensen Motors in 1976 and have bought 6 out of my 16 vehicles from them. I have always found them to be friendly and very easy to work with. Their service department is second to none and always very friendly as well. When I have had my Vehicle serviced, they have always offered me a ride home and then delivered my car or truck back to my home. The other vehicles were purchased when I lived out of state and in Des Moines.

I would purchase a car from them again. For the most part it was an easy process. Looked at 2 cars and found the one I wanted. The only thing was that the sales manager was a little pushy. I know that you are less likely to get the sale when the customer leaves. However, I wanted to leave due to the pushiness. Cars are expensive and I hope to have my car for 7-9 years. I felt like I was pressured to pick a car from the sales manager after driving one car and looking at a second car.

I have been trying to buy a pickup truck from Hubler Chevrolet for over a month. I call about one truck they had on their website. I was approved and told the truck would be ready the next day at 6pm. I received a phone call around 5pm telling me that the truck was in the garage ans they would call me when it was ready. This was a Tuesday. One Friday after not hearing from anyone I decided to call my sale person Sandra who then told me that the truck did not pass inspection and I needed to pick a different truck. I said OK thank for not selling me a bad truck and gave her 2-3 more used truck from their site. Over the next couple days I did not hear from Sandra and noticed that the first truck I looked at was still on the site only $2,500 more then it was. After about a week goes by I called again and after some phone tag Sandra said she was still working on finding me a truck and would get back with me. 5 or so days go by I called again and Sandra said she would pass me over to a person named Willie Cook to help me because he know more about truck the she did. Willie calls me the next day and asked what kind of used truck was I looking for. At this point I said I just need a Truck to transport my son's .25 Midget race car. He said OK I will call you back. 2 days go by and I have not heard from Willie so I call and leave him a message. The next day I did not hear from him so I call and have to leave him an other message. This was a Friday. Guess what I still did not receive a phone call from him so on Monday I tried calling him again. I left him a message again. Then when I hang up the phone I called Sandra again and she said that did not sound like Willie and she would talk with him and find me a truck and call me back with in a 1/2 hour. Guess what? She did not call me back. Then on Thursday I get a call from someone from Hubler asking me if I have purchased a truck yet. I told her what was going on and that I was up set that no one returns my phone calls and she said she would have someone call me back to help me find a truck. I told her that while she was on the phone I found 2 truck in my price range that would work. She took the stock #'s and asked if I could come in the next night to look at them. I said I could but wanted to make sure they would work with my payment first. She said she would email me the info and I asked her if she had my email address and she repeated my correct email back to me. And Guess what happens then. NO Email or phone call until the next night asking me to be there at 6pm this was at 5pm. It must be great to be so busy that you do not need you return phone calls. I even sent a general email telling my story and did not hear back from that either. I am very upset with this whole experience.

Received a call this morning about my angry email yesterday regarding my elderly father, who waited for 3 hours in the reception area with no results. The owner was very concerned, very apologetic, and assured me that he had seen my father, and spoken to him, showing concern. He explained the problems with the GM recall parts, and did say that his service department needs to make sure they are recording the status of customer's cars correctly. The owner has offered to send a service tech to pick up my dad's car when the part arrives, take it in, and bring it back when they are done. This is showing a real understanding of the care one must take with elderly customers, in communication and in physical presence in the dealership. I take it back. I was angry yesterday and today I am assured. Thank you Country for showing such immediate attention to this matter, and relieving my mind about my dad's presence in your faciity.
