I purchased my first Chevy from a Mike Chase who is now the owner, the friendliness and willingness to work with me during my purchase then has carried over to the the attitudes that I have found in my dealings with Blossom Chevy since them, this last experience with the body shop was no exception the estimator was professional and friendly while doing the estimate. When the car was in for repair I was keep informed as to the progress of the work and the completion time frame of the vehicle. Everything was done very professionally and the vehicle was cleaned after the repairs were done which I appreciate very much. I certainly will use Blossom again for repair if the need araises.

I work with dealers all over the Midwest and I chose to purchase several vehicles from the Kelley's and have each serviced by the "best of the best" service department I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Scott Brooks and his entire team make you feel like "family" and treat you with total respect. BMW of North America is fortunate to have this "Team" representing their franchise. Scott Highs Service Team are also exceptional and I really appreciate the video review the service technical provides as part of the serving of my vehicles. Clearly, the service department is "Top Drawer" that differentiates them from any other service shop.

However, it is the after service after the sales that is more important in owning a car and the sales dept here at Don Ayres does not disappoint. The sales department is first-rate in every way. The people are friendly. and the service I get here is outstanding. I am especially impressed with my service advisor Brandon Good and the service manager Tony Vincent. I love the fact that this place is dog friendly. My pup gets the royal treatment whenever I go there for service. My salesperson PJ Dean loves to play with her and always gives her a treat!
